Private Executive Home with Pool, Pickleball Court, and Sauna.

This Northwest style home has been completely remodeled with beautiful details. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 with Kings, 1 bedroom with 2 queens. All the beds are new. The 4th bedroom has three twins. The library has a day bed that sleeps one. There are 3 full baths including a stunning master bath. The gourmet kitchen has all you need for cooking including all new appliances in 2026, and a new washer and dryer in 2025. The home has a open floor plan with the great room open to the kitchen. The view looks onto the swimming pool. Looking west from the pool you can see the firepit and new regulation size Pickleball Court. There is a new gas grill outside on the deck. The Great room has a large wood burning fireplace and a 60" flat screen TV. The Pool is heated in the summer season (June 8-September 7) For an additional fee it can be heated some other times of the year depending on outdoor temperatures. You can check with the owner to see what the cost is to heat the pool during the off season. The outdoor Sauna is open year round. We have a Ring doorbell at the front entrance and electronic entrance lock.

What a great place & great host! It’s the cleanest place we have ever stayed at. Jeff is a fantastic communicator. We loved the location, the layout of the house, the pool, the sauna, and the Pickleball courts. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach or a short drive. There were many thoughtful extras throughout the place and it didn’t feel like a rental at all.My plea to future renters is to treat it like you lived there and not ruin it for others. With all the extra touches it’s a treasure worth preserving.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this property. The heated pool and the sauna were incredible for a chilly Oregon Coast weekend. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. Jeff was very responsive and attentive. The location really can't be beat! It is so close to both Astoria and Seaside! We would definitely book this place again on our next visit to the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this Oregon Coast vacation rental over spring break—it was exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing and fun getaway.The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well kept. The beds were super comfortable, and the furniture made it easy to unwind after a day out. The living areas were great for hanging out, and the TV setup was perfect for relaxing evenings.The amenities really made the stay special. The pool and sauna were a big highlight, and having a pickleball court on-site was such a fun bonus. There was plenty to do without ever leaving the property, which made it great for both relaxing and staying active.The location is also ideal—close to Seaside and Astoria, so it was easy to explore the area while still enjoying a quieter setting.Communication with the property owner was smooth and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from start to finish.We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to others looking for a great coastal getaway.

We had the BEST time!! This was a super last minute booking and from the moment we confirmed our reservation, Jeff was so nice and super communicative and answered any questions we had right away. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. (We really appreciated all of the tips that were provided for local attractions, food, etc and directions)The property exceeded our expectations and was so clean and so well maintained! It had everything we could have needed supply-wise, had tons of stuff for us to do as a family (games, puzzles, the pool!) and our kids had so much fun. Amazing family memories were made and they want to know when we can go back again! 10/10

This was definitely one of our nicest stays using VRBO. I have never been to a more equipped home from the sharp kitchen knives, to beach chairs and even golf clubs. We were truly amazed with the amenities with this home. The pool and sauna were as advertised and fantastic. The communication and pre check in was second to none and we felt at ease as we arrived. Great house, great stay, and I highly recommend this spot.

Awesome stay with a great pool!

Third time staying here and best weather and time in the pool. Easy walk to the beach, great house and layout. Plenty of room and great amenities, set up our pickle ball net on the tennis court and had a great time!

Short walk to the beach and great location to go visit Astoria and Cannon Beach. House is clean and as listed. Plenty of amenities.

Wonderful home close to many vacation opportunities

This beautiful and intelligent home is close to the ocean and close to Astoria and so many other beach spots. It was perfect for our family! We look forward to returning.

My wife and I live in Seattle and have owned a vacation home in Gearhart since 2004. We enjoy the peaceful slowed down pace of the OR Coast. With our children older and scattered across the US we have decided to rent this home when we are not using in. We travel often and have used VRBO to find our Vacation lodging. We are confident you will be impressed with this home.

We purchased this property because it was in a quiet area on 2 plus acres and we had the potential to rent it when we were not using it. Our first home in Gearhart was in a beautiful Ocean front association, but the rules did not allow short term rentals. With us only using the home 3 or 4 times a year we decided to sell it and relocate. We stayed in Gearhart within 1/2 mile of our first home. This home was built in 1975 by the original owner. At the time it was considered one of the fine Estates in the area. It had a Pool, Sauna, as well as a modern style large home. It is located on a large private piece of land, but has easy access to the main highway. Gearhart is between Astoria and Seaside and between the 3 small towns you can enjoy a number of different sightseeing, shopping, and eating experiences.
