This home, built by a local craftsman boat-builder, is nestled in a private setting but conveniently located in the historical Jenison Park area, near Macatawa Bay, Lake Michigan & many activities.
Cottage highlights open concept living, new comfortable furnishings, updated with new 55" & 47" TV, WiFi, cable, and total connectivity! A new feature for 2019 is the addition of an AC system, for your comfort!
Inviting decor through out this cozy cottage. Enjoy bird watching, as a variety of wild animals pass thru this lovely wooded private area.

Cottage has 2 bedrooms; 1 with a King bed, 2nd with a Queen, both with mattress protectors. Comfortable sectional sofa offers an added sleep option.
Central Air system, wooded area offers lovely lake breezes!
1 1/2 baths, new full size washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen with snack bar island and dining area.
Sliding doors open onto deck with table and plenty of seating. Roast marshmallows or tell stories around the fire pit, grill steaks on the gas grill, or just relax in the hammock and enjoy the beach breezes and sound of nearby surf!
Nearby rental recreation equipment is a short 5 minutes away~ offering bikes, body boards, kayaks, pontoon boats, and much more!
Includes all necessary amenities~ linens, towels, WiFi, 2 smart TVs, grill, cooler, beach towels and much more!

The house and location were absolutely perfect for my vacation with my sister. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I brought my dog, and there was a great backyard for her to explore. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful experience. It was super clean. Everything was as stated. There is so much to do in the area. The rental was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The whole house was immaculately clean. I was able to relax and really enjoy myselfWe saw a doe and her two babies in the yard. We made a fire to cook hot dogs. The little extras in the kitchen were nice. Thank you so much for a relaxing place to call home for a week. We would definitely rent again!

Kathy was great to work with for my family to enjoy this wonderful property in Holland, MI. This home presents as advertised with a comfortable rooms, furnishings, and beds. The full bathroom and half bath are convenient for a family. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, and the home comes with items (beach towels, cooler, etc.) a family would need to have a lovely day at Holland State Park. This home is conveniently located as well and is in a great residential neighborhood. The home sets back from the street and there is plenty of distance between neighborhood homes, so you have privacy. I look forward to working with Kathy again to stay in her lovely home the next time our travels bring us to this area.

Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Everything was well equipped and maintained. It was so nice to have a little extra room to spread out and land between exploring the area. There are so many beautifully paved walking trails all over the area that we definitely took advantage of! Such a neat park right around the corner also. We will definitely be returning to the area and hopefully this property.

So Cute

Located very close to a harbor, a small quiet beach within a mile, and not very far away from downtown Holland. We loved it. We will likely be booking this property again next year.

Great place!

The house was super clean, nicely decorated, had comfortable beds, and stocked with all the kitchen necessities. The backyard with fire pit was the perfect place to relax and take in nature. Short drive to state park, breweries, restaurants, etc. Also easy access to the short Sanctuary Woods trail.

Cozy place!

Great location, close to everything yet the backyard makes you feel like your deep in the woods. Great firepit area. Lots of places to walk our dog, getting her good and tired before we went out to visit some wineries as well as our favorite restaurant (Bowdies in Saugatuck). Would stay here again.

nice home

My husband and enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean and nicely decorated. I even had a deer just gazing at me as I enjoyed quiet time on the back porch!

Quiet cabin

This is a great place if you want peace and quiet. It has everything you need. However, you will need to drive to the beach and into town.

Great Location

Great location close to the Saugatuck dunes state park/Saugatuck/Downtown Holland. Well placed to enjoy those aspects, plus close to one of the only public beaches in the area. House rules were very descriptive, but no unduly so.

Perfect getaway

We picked this house due to proximity to so many different parks and tourist-y. This was exactly what we needed with two young kids on our first family vacation. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The space was clean and exactly what it said on the listing.
