Premiere location! Located in the highly desirable Holland Historic District. You will feel like you are living HGTV when you stay here surrounded by homes that have scalloped shingles, front porches, and friendly neighbors!

Stroll the neighborhoods and awe at the homes and be part of something most people only dream about. Everything about this place was perfect. It is extremely clean and the host was beyond helpful. We chose to drive downtown as the walk would be a bit long. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful historic home in beautiful historic neighborhood. If you love history, you will love this home. Very walkable and bikeable area close to downtown and the waterfront. House was very clean, comfortable and neatly decorated. WIFI and TV worked perfectly. The host communicated very well and made sure we knew all the great spots to visit in the area, which we did. Looking forward to returning.

Stayed here for a family wedding at Boatwerks. Location was perfect and a short drive away. Could’ve walked if we wanted to. Host was great with communication and gave us quite a few recommendations for things to do and places to eat/drink.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Holland. The cottage is clean and cozy, in a friendly neighborhood walking distance to town and all sorts of attractions. Stacey provided many excellent recommendations of ways to enjoy the area as well. We can’t wait to come back!

Great stay and cute property in a convenient location. Host was super helpful before the visit, offering suggestions for things to do and restaurants. She also checked in to make sure all was ok. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful home in historic Holland. We stayed here during the Tulip Time festival and eloped in Centennial Park, which was walking distance. Close to the heart of Holland's shopping and dining district. Owner was extremely responsive and had great recommendations for shopping and dining. Loved our stay here!

Our Host was very responsive, helpful and followed up with us to see if we needed anything. The house is charming, the location is great, it's well/comfortably furnished, beds are very comfortable, check in and check out are seamless. Candidly, it felt a little like I was visiting my grandma......If we return to Holland we would definitely choose this location again. Thanks to our host for helping to make this a great trip!

I treasure my quaint home in this extraordinary neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. My yellow cottage home is in one of the most sought after neighborhoods located in the Holland Historic District. The location offers amenities that make life simple like the Farmers Market 2 blocks away that is entertaining and offers an array of fresh products, the Library is 2 blocks away and offers various programs and activities for all ages, Kollen's Park offers Music Concerts and scheduled entertainment 1.5 blocks away, and of course Hollands award winning downtown is within 3 blocks, along with the Cappon house a treasured historic home that offers tours. So I like to save on gas an enjoy passing by the gorgeous homes in our neighborhood. I like to bike, play guitar and am a music enthusiast! If you want to enjoy your vacation please stay here versus driving all over Holland to keep coming back to this special area of town and enjoy walking or riding your bike and you will see why I love this place so much and want to share it with others!
