Location can't be beat! Bright, 1st floor oceanside duplex steps from the beach.

This duplex is the perfect vacation home away from home for families, friends' trips or wedding stays! Each floor has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and comfortably sleeps 6 people. It is located just 5 houses from the beach, which makes for quick trips back and forth during your stay.

Relax on the front porch and watch passersby or read a good book when not headed to nearby Beach Haven shops and restaurants. This well-kept house has everything you could need for your stay, including central heating and air conditioning, WiFi and cable, streaming-able TVs, washer and dryer, dishwasher and ceiling fans, plus an outdoor shower, dining set and gas grill in the fenced-in yard. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils, table and cookware. Just bring your own bed linens (sheets and blankets) and towels, and you are all set!

Rental period is Saturday 2:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am during the summer season, but weekend and partial rental weeks are available pre and post-season.

Excellent beach house, can't beat the location and the hosts are so nice and accommodating. Would highly recommend for the ideal beach haven experience

We had a pleasant stay at this house. The host informed me that I needed to bring sheets, blankets (for 5 beds), and towels, which was a lot to pack and took up significant room in our car. When we showed ho, all or the bedrooms had quilts and towels.

The location was just steps to the lovely 19th St beach and within walking distance to Bay Village and other shops/restaurants. Location can't be beat. We were on the first floor and we really enjoyed the front covered porch with comfortable furniture, spent lots of time out there. The backyard was lovely and had a dining area, bbq grills and an outdoor shower which was fantastic. The kitchen was so well equipped, you will find anything you might need in those cupboards! The washer/dryer were very large capacity and looked new. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and beach carts for your use which was really fantastic. They were all in great shape. This was our first stay on LBI and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach house and great location

The home was just beautiful and had everything you would need for a beach vacation. The beds were super comfy and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful time staying here!

Another great family vacation in this beautiful beach home! Close to everything on LBI and the home has it all. Beach badges, chairs, umbrellas at the house makes it so easy to pack. All around a great location.

LBI never disappoints, but obviously where you stay counts! Highly recommend staying here! Perfect location, well maintained and very well provided with all necessities! Had a great time and this house definitely contributed to it!

Beautiful Fall beach weekend!

Such a lovely home in the perfect location!!! This was our 5th stay here and Barbra is always available and so accommodating!! We’ll definitely be back again!!!

Great little cottage. Easy to get to and from the beach, outdoor shower and clotheslines made for easy clean up. House is close to multiple great restaurants and bakeries. Easy communication with host.

Perfect spot

My Family and I have been staying here for the last 4 yrs. Barbra is great with communication and making sure that everything is great! Have stayed on both the 1st and 2nd floor and both have been perfect. Great location as well, quick walk to the beach!
