If you are looking for a spacious home with a private pool and great proximity to the beach, look no further than 'Just For The Halibut'! This beautiful home has been completely updated from top to bottom with custom hardwood floors & cozy decor to make this feel like your home away from home.

As you enter the living room you will enjoy the open floor plan with comfortable sofas (one is sleeper sofa) as well as a 65” flat screen perfect for watching the big game with the whole family. The kitchen overlooks this open living space and is equipped with stainless appliances as well as a gas stove & Keurig coffee maker to get your day started right. The gas grill is just outside the sliding doors as well, providing easy access for everyone to visit while meals are prepared. The kids will love swimming in the private back yard pool while you grill your next barbecue masterpiece!

When you're ready for a day in the sun, you will have a short walk to the Gulf Place beach access to enjoy the sugar white sands and glistening ocean. Gulf Place also has incredible restaurants for the whole family including Pizza By The Sea, The Perfect Pig & Shunk Gulleys as well as a massive courtyard area to let the kids run wild.

As you head home for the evening, the three master bedrooms all have King beds creating the feeling of a true retreats. There is also a bunk room which has 2 sets of queen over queen bunk beds for the children. All beds are equipped with memory foam and all bedrooms feature a flat screen TV.

Evenings can be spent enjoying a glass of wine on the back patio and taking an evening dip in your own private pool.

This home comes with 4 adult bikes for riding down the coast as well a cooler and beach supplies for you to enjoy a day at the beach! Don't worry about packing the hair dryer as each bathroom comes equipped with one as well as an ironing board.

BOOKING POLICY
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00 PM CST.
• Check-Out is by 10:00 AM CST.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. Must have 1 adult for every 2 persons under the age of 25.
• One dog under 25lbs is allowed and requires a $350 non-refundable pet fee.
