There is a king bedroom with attached bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, and a 4th bedroom with a queen pull out sofabed. Enjoy the in floor heating, electric fireplace, breakfast bar, master suite soaking tub, and a fully stocked kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood with sounds of the Big Thompson River. Only 1/4 mile walk to down town Estes Park and horse back rides. Only a 4 mile drive to the Rocky Mountain National Park. NS/NP. Family getaway

Our home was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for walking into town or heading out to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Very pleased with our selection. I would stay there again.

Nice stay

This one level house is really nice when you have someone older with you. It is roomy, attractively decorated, and has a huge kitchen. That is fairly well stocked. A griddle would be a nice addition, but anything else we needed was there. You are very close to the shopping area in Estes Park, but still feel like you’re in the woods.

Wedding Weekend

Great home to stay in for family wedding in Estes Park. Plenty of room with everything we could have needed available. Property manager easy to work with including early check in (in time for the wedding rehearsal) and quick response for minor maintenance issue. Thank you!

Long weekend for a wedding

Very nice place to stay. Plenty of space. 3 bathrooms great for our family of 5 all getting ready for a wedding at the same time. Clean and close to town. Would definitely stay again.

Estes Family REunion

House was very clean. Great open space in the kitchen, dinning room, and living room. Walking distance to main street to all the shops and restaurants. only suggestion is to put towel rack/hooks in the bathroom off the living room - no place to hang a towel

A wonderful place to stay if you are coming to Estes. This place is perfect for families with children or grandparents. Plenty of room and a nice outdoor deck to relax.and enjoy the peaceful area.

Estes Park Family Hiking Trip

Great property conveniently located within walking distance to downtown Estes Park. Ten minute drive to the entrance of the RMNP, which is where we hiked every day. Layout of house was really nice. Kitchen was superbly stocked with anything you may need for cooking, even though most nights we ate out downtown. All in all it was a great place to stay and would rent again if we ever go back to Colorado.

Wonderful place to stay in Estes Park

Large home about a 1/2 mile from the main street with restaurants and shops. Lovely back deck. It's the perfect blend of quiet space within walking distance to town. Very clean with lots of cooking dishes/utensils and nice gas grill. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, but maintenance responded promptly.

Very nice home

Great house for families or friends that need separate spaces. Wish the home was closer to the river and had direct access. And no towel bars in bathrooms? Minor details. Overall very nice home.

Lack of kitchen was tough for family

Basement was beautiful and well maintained. Host was very responsive. Our issues w our stay werent the hosts fault, but it is important people really consider the lack of a true kitchen before they book. We were traveling with two kids and an infant and this aspect made things much more difficult. Again, not the host's fault, but make sure you and your traveling partners are ok with just having a mini fridge and a microwave. Also, watch out for dog poop in the yard as you make your way to the entrance of the rental!

Lovely place

Very nice property. Little disappointed that we could not walk down to river. Also the departing instructions a little hard to get done first thing in morning before leaving like doing the towels.

convenient to town

Very close to town and the sound of the fall river made relaxing on the deck a big plus. We had a couple elk and a mule deer walk through the backyard while we were there. Also a short walk to the free Estes Park trolley was nice since free parking in town was scarce. The large kitchen and dining area was great for our group of 8. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The only negative was the old, slow coffee maker. The house was nicely decorated with plenty of seating and a large driveway kept our cars off the street. Some suggestions for improvement would be to, 1) upgrade the bedding and pillows, 2) make sure all the lights have working bulbs, 3) add an exhaust fan in bathroom #3, and 4) add some hooks in the bathrooms for hanging wet towels/robes.

Texans got away!

Family trip with adult kids, and this spot was perfect. From sitting on the deck listening to the river below, to the well equipped kitchen and home, easy walk into town, and the scenery we all flock to Colorado for! Nothing more we could ask for! 10+ rating.

Winter wonderland in Estes Park

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this very comfortable & nicely appointed home. We were greeted, upon our arrival, by a group of deer in the front yard & enjoyed a visit from a flock of wild turkeys daily. The view from the living room & master bedroom did not disappoint. The kitchen was beautiful & had everything you would need to prepare a meal. We look forward to another stay soon.
