Nestled in a quiet neighborhood near the Big Thompson River, it’s just a ¼-mile walk to downtown Estes Park and horseback riding, and only 4 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park. The home is beautiful and we were treated to viewing a bull elk and his "haram" from the back deck on our last day! We were so comfortable, we would definitely recommend this property!

Overall, a comfortable, well-equipped stay.However, motion lighting at front door is needed. Clean odor-free blankets are needed—the xtra blankets need washing.Beautiful views from large deck. Keyless entry to the garage door was not operational.

We stayed for six days and celebrated our son's wedding at venue close by. This was a perfect house for our family with it's huge and well equipped kitchen. It was close to all of the conveniences that we needed but yet still felt like we were in a quiet and beautiful place. Close to good restaurants and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The view off of the back deck was so peaceful and we were fortunate enough to see some wildlife! We will definitely be back!

The house was spacious & very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked including spices. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the downtown area. The only suggestions would be to add hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms & an umbrella for the table on the deck. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely spotless home. There were eight of us, five adults and three children, and this home was perfect for us with lots of space and a perfect number of bedrooms (4) and bathrooms (3). It had lots of equipment in the kitchen, along with some basics like salt, pepper, oil, etc. Our only complaint was it was a little cold at times, but there were strict instructions not to adjust the heat (in-floor heat). We did use the fireplace in the living room to take chill off, but the floors were quite cold. Everything else was great. The house is very close to downtown. We loved stargazing on the deck at night, too. We saw and heard a bull elk on day one and saw deer nearly every day.

The house was very clean. No weird smells. There was a lot of room for our family to move around. I loved that there was a spice drawer and a few things we didnt need to buy like coffee filters, oil etc. We didn't use the grill. The pullout couch was badly broken and that was disappointing because the plan was to use it. We made due. I would have also liked to have been able to access the little river that was right by the house. We were very comfortable and the location was really close to all the downtown activities. Definitely would recommend.

Family Getaway from the Southeast Summer Heat!

Beautiful Location and Family Friendly

A wonderful place to stay if you are coming to Estes. This place is perfect for families with children or grandparents. Plenty of room and a nice outdoor deck to relax.and enjoy the peaceful area.
