The view was amazing and the location was great. Close to Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, and conveniently close to the West Village. Would definitely book again.

Huge space with beautiful views!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great stay in an incredible location. The photos do not do justice to the view nor how nice the living space is. It is a bit retro but overall a wonderful place to stay and great value

Very clean with nice ocean views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. Pleasant ocean views. Master bedroom with bath was on main floor, 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. We had WiFi but no cel service in the house. Would recommend.

Great View at a Very Nice Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay. House was well stocked, all the amenities you would want. Spectacular view of the ocean. It is at the top of a very steep hill, so you have to be cautious when entering the driveway and garage. Back uphill and drive downhill. Too steep to drive uphill from driveway.

Property has lovely views and is well located. Fiscalini Ranch Preserve is within walking distance and has great trails. Unfortunately the driveway is very sloped making it difficult to drive into and out of and to get into and out of the car. This is not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues. The carpet and furniture were stained. The bedding was nice and the towels were plentiful but worn. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with dishes and pans.

Property needs attention. I would I like to have had coffee filters and sugar available. Be prepared for a steep hill to get to house but loved the view. Loved it being close to Fiscalini Preserve and walk to ocean.

Everything was as expected from the reviews I read. There were four of us using two bedrooms, andwe enjoyed the ocean views from inside and on the deck.

Could use a replacement window obstructing the view and the carpet replaced. Looks like someone eat their dinner on it. Besides that it has an amazing view. Thank you!

Very nice property, except, for the living room rug. It was horrible. The rug should be removed and replaced with vinyl flooring to deal with spills.Beautiful views of the ocean.Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.It wouldn't hurt to replace bath towels. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows if needed.A major issue that was not addressed in the ad for the property was the driveway.Low clearance vehicles will scrape the bottom of their car. My Tesla did not do well getting in and out of the driveway.The host was nice and helpful.

We loved our stay! The view is amazing and the house was very comfortable. The road is on a very steep hill, but we managed just fine. Thank you for a loving long weekend! :)

Perfect getaway

The property was as listed, except the views far exceeded the photos on the website! Kitchen had all the amenities to cook a nice meal. Bathrooms were clean, with plenty of towels and toilet paper. Very close to town, ships, restaurants and other amenities. I came with my daughter, son in law and 2 grand babies!

Home in Cambria

We had a lovely short vacation in this lovely home. The situation of the property is excellent with lovely sea views. The property is old but very clean.The only unfortunate thing was that the dishwasher was broken upon arrival which was a disadvantage, but on the whole the house is very nice.

Weekend in Cambria on Park Hill

House was in nice location however the road is steep for walkers. House had a ocean view and a nice deck to watch the sunset. Fun weekend had by all.

Beautiful views

We stood the weekend at this beautiful place. The view is amazing, the rooms are a good size, quiet neighborhood, friendly city. Things are a little outdated, and the house does have some wear and tear but that honestly didn’t bug me, we really enjoyed the house over all. We would definitely come back and stay.
