Nestled on Park Hill, this four bedroom/two bathroom beach house offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Showcasing vistas of the Santa Lucia Mountains and glimpses of Hearst Castle, the views are absolutely stunning!

The top floor has beautiful, cedar- vaulted ceilings offering an open-concept living area and a well-appointed kitchen that's perfect for hosting your friends and family! You will also find both the master bedroom and twin bedroom upstairs with a full bathroom.
The lower level includes two bedrooms, a cozy living/den area and additional bathroom. The expansive wrap-around deck provides panoramic ocean and mountain views, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Ready for a little friendly competition? Challenge your family and friends on our brand-new STIGA Regulation Aluminum Ping Pong Table! This premium, tournament-style table is perfect for hours of fun after a day at the beach.

Perfect weekend reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for our girls reunion. Plenty of beds and the kitchen is set up for people who cook! We did all but one of our meals at the house. The view was spectacular and the distance to the beach a short walk away. We didn't want to do anything but relax and we were able to in comfort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location with access to everything we needed. Walked to Moonstone beach with ease. Walked into town via the Santa Rosa Creek trail which was cool. Better views of the ocean then we expected and could actually hear the waves crashing at night which we didn't expect. We would stay here again.

Great for kids, but I would recommend a baby gate for toddlers because of the stairs. Kitchen is a great size. Wonderful neighborhood. Loved this rental.

Cannot beat the location of this beautiful home. Ocean views from the living/dining/kitchen areas and wrap-around deck. Beach, park, and downtown are all walking distance. Close to Fiscalini Ranch Preserve too. We also enjoyed visiting the Clydedales at Covell Ranch - a twelve minute drive. House was very clean and had more than enough dishes and kitchenware for our family of seven to save money by eating our meals there. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space too. There were even beach towels, which helped when one of our kids forgot hers! And just in case you're wondering - two coffee makers - drip and Keurig - and coffee on the deck or in the little alcove in the comfy chairs overlooking the ocean in the mornings was a favorite way for us to start the day. We would return to this house again in a heartbeat!
