Welcome to our new home! Our dream home is ours to share with you and your family! Create wonderful memories in this gorgeous Cambria Park Hill location, steps from Shamel Park with views of the ocean and take your favorite Paso Robles or Templeton wines with you to our backyard beach with park benches and forever views!
Take walks along beautiful Fiscalini Ranch on the bluffs - just a 1/3 of a mile to the trail head.

What do you love to do on the Central Coast? Wine taste, whale watch, visit Hearst Castle, Cayucos, Morro Bay, and don't forget to just sit on the deck with your coffee and gaze onto the most wonderful part of our California coast. Cambria is know for the pines and the sea, our quaint town and monthly attractions from the Scarecrow festival to the Christmas Market to the Friday Farmers Market, Fourth of July fireworks at Shamel Park and so much more!

Our family stays at Terry and Dave's place every year for our annual Cambria vacation. As usual, the place is relaxing and comfortable. We're close to everywhere -- and you simply can't beat the cool night breeze off the ocean. A property and we can't wait to come back next year!

This home was the perfect choice for our yearly multi-generation family get away. It’s warm home away from home feel made everyone hate to see the stay end. It was well stocked, even for our maltipoo! We would definitely book this home again without hesitation. Thank you to such great hosts!

This is a wonderful home, we feel welcome upon arrival and right through our stay. The house is lovely and kitchen well- provisioned for any kind of cooking or baking we do or for that matter anyone might do. It’s great! The bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and super clean. We take advantage of its proximity to the bluffs and magnificent views of the coast many times a day. We also walk to Moonstone Beach and Fiscalini Ranch often for more fabulous views, bird and critter sightings and the cleanest air imaginable.

Cambria is my home away from home. The location of this home is ideal. Immaculate interior and beautifully decorated. Close to Fiscallini Ranch for lots of walking by the ocean. Connecting with the host was perfect and totally welcome. Would love to make this my new Cambria home. Thank you.

This house was beautiful! A view to the ocean, a great conversation, living room area, a well appointed kitchen, a dining table that would seat 6- 8 easily and very comfortable beds. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Great home in a perfect location. We enjoyed out stay in Cambria area in this beautiful home. The home was well stocked with lots of little details and comforts that made our stay feel almost like home. The host was very responsive and helped make this vacation one to remember.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect. This was our second chance to stay at this magical retreat. It is obvious that the owners love and appreciate their home and want to extend their guests hospitality and comfort. Their attention to detail is matched only by the location and charm of their home. Can’t wait to stay here again. There is so much room for our family of 5 and everything is fresh and well appointed. This place is very well appointed with a lot of nice attention to detail. The owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful with our questions beforehand and kindly touched bases once during our stay to make sure all was well.Was lovely and comfortable to stay here so close to the beach and with a fantastic view!

We love staying here for the quiet, beautiful views and close beach access. The home is lovely with a fabulous kitchen, great linens and wonderful welcoming flowers and wine. Always super clean and pet friendly. The hosts Terry and Dave are great and easily available by text or phone.

The property is spacious, nicely decorated and furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the ability to sit comfortably around a dining table or on the sofas to chat and hang out. We also liked that it's centrally located, minutes from beaches, trails and Cambria town center.

We have enjoyed renting homes all over Cambria and felt that Park Hill was the best of all worlds being so close to town, Shamel park and a quick walk to the trail head of the Ranch.
