Can't wait to share 2024 season with you. Come and enjoy views of St. Helena island and its lighthouse from cabin table. Freighters pass by regularly. Great swimming, kayaking, fishing on lake Michigan. Enjoy fire on waters edge after a day of sightseeing in "God's County" Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Cabin includes two bedrooms, one king, one queen. Also full daybed in living room. Kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare meals onsite. A charcoal grill is also available. There is one bath and also an outdoor heated shower. Utube TV, WIFI

Perfect Lakeside Getaway near St. Ignace

My wife and I LOVED this cabin! Host was response, cabin was clean and VERY comfortable! The location was fairly private, very quiet, and right on the lake. The swing was great for catching sunsets and the firepit area (though we didn't have fires) was great for stargazing! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Cozy, perfectly-located cabin with stunning water view

Relaxing on the lake

This was a perfect spot for our mother/ daughter trip! We loved everything about it and it's location was perfect for catching the ferry to the Island. We enjoyed the sunset at the firepit and swinging on the swing. Such a cute place!!

Perfect in all ways

Cabin is perfectly decorated, and everything we needed was in the home. The view of the lake is wonderful, and there was plenty of outdoor space for the kids. Its close to everything but far enough away to have your own little spot. I could go on but it was a perfect stay for my family. Thank younfor the wonderful experience.

Great Location. Classic U.P. cabin

Cabin is close to many U.P. attractions yet you can enjoy quiet time right on Lake Michigan in a classic, up north cabin. Cozy and most everything you need. Looking to return!

Ultimate UP Trip

The cabin is adorable with it's bear theme and true outdoorsy feel. Its comfortable and is located in perfect proximity to Mackinac Island, Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, Oswald Bear Ranch and countless other sights. We enjoyed the views and sitting outside on the swing as well as spending time around the fire pit at night. I highly recommend a stay here if you're in the area.

Nice cabin!

Very cute and comfortable cabin in a private setting with nice views. Everything we needed was there and it was close to restaurants and shopping. The shower set up was a little awkward but we managed! Overall it was a good experience.

Beautiful spot

My family loved this charming old cabin. It reminded me of a lake cabin my family used to rent when I was a kid. We loved relaxing in the glider by the lake and having campfires in the evenings. It just had such a nice, peaceful vibe. It was close to several activities including ferries to Mackinac Island, the Dark Park, a disc golf course, St. Ignance. I hope we can rent this again. One note-- if you are tall, this probably isn't for you. It is an old log cabin with short doorways. The shower is also super short. But my son is 6'2" and he didn't mind. Just be aware.

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short, but loved the time we got to spend there. Especially at the beachside firepit! Loved that. Spectacular views, comfortable beds, and a very unique property! Thank you!

Perfect, cozy getaway

The cabin is very quaint and cozy with a beautiful view over Lake Michigan! The location was great for everywhere we wanted to travel. Mary Jo was very accommodating for any and all needs! Highly recommend.

Quiet time in da UP

The home was a classic cosy log cabin, just what you would expect to find in the UP. Beautiful sunsets, gorgeous lake Michigan, and four nights of peace and quiet. St. Ignace is one of our favorite places, we really enjoyed our getaway and we will be back.

Beautiful, cozy cabin right on Lake Michigan just over the bridge. Owner very helpful with restaurant suggestions and thorough directions. Large property hidden in the trees!

Love This Lake Life

About as authentic as you can get, especially if looking for a beautiful, cozy, comfortable, liveable cabin by a Great Lake. Loved everything about this stay. So well appointed with everything we hoped for. Definitely want to return.
