Embrace life on the lake in this cozy cottage, just steps away from all sports Paradise Lake.

This beautiful vacation rental offers quick access to bonfires, swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, boating and dining.

-The Space-

Our family cottage has been totally remodeled. The 575 sqft space, offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with an open concept living room and kitchen for easy cooking and socializing.

The interior of the cottage is beautiful pine planking with cathedral ceilings and plenty of windows for optimal sunshine. Facing the lake is a sunroom (my favorite space), perfect for watching the sunset and sipping your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise.

Don't feel like cooking? No biggie! Less than a half mile away is Harbor Lights Grille, situated on the lake, enjoy your farm to table meal looking out over the pristine water and watching the boats go by.

A stones throw away from Harbor Lights Grille is Clyde's. Clyde's is famous for it's burgers and wings and is timeless with a small town feel. It's where the locals go to unwind and have a cold beer.

Mackinac City is just a 5 minute drive which boasts many different restaurants, enjoy dining on anything from Italian to Thai cuisine.

Leggs Inn is an iconic Northern Michigan destination. Enjoy the scenic views and authentic Polish Cuisine. Located just 20 minutes from the cottage.

This is a great place to stay to checkout Mackinaw City, St Ignace, Petoskey area! Clean and comfortable. A few days into our stay had a question for the host through the VRBO app and she replied quickly! Smooth check in. This is a winner if you are going to this are.

The cabin was clean, Ruth responded promptly to questions, and the air conditioning worked well. The peaceful lake was amazing! We enjoyed the view from the table inside, and enjoyed grilling and eating dinner outside, right next to the lake. Sitting outside in the shade and watching the neighbor's dog play and boats going by was so relaxing. Wilderness State Park, Cheboygan State Park, Church of the Staits, McGulpin Point Lighthouse, King's Orchard, Legs Inn, and Mackinac Island were all nearby.

This is a beautiful little cottage. Everything was very nice and clean in a great area right on the lake with pleasant neighbors. I would recommend this cabin over and over again!

The cottage was small but clean and cozy. The location was perfect to get to Mackinac Island and wilderness state park. Check in/out was a breeze. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing!

They house was so cute, being directly on the lake was a huge plus and the neighbors dog is adorable and very friendly. The drive to other places was very reasonable so the location was perfect. I would stay again!

Beautiful cottage on Carp Lake fewer than 10 minutes from Mackinac City. Very small bedrooms are what makes it 4 star v 5.

Perfect location

This cottage is in a perfect location for multiple day trips including Mackinac Island, Soo Locks, Tahquamenon Falls, Wilderness State Park to name a few. Quiet neighborhood that offered a nice evening on the patio next to the lake to relax and refresh.

Clean and well maintained property on Paradise Lake. Small yet comfortable rooms with good quality beds. Very clean on arrival and the host is very quick to reply. No complaints from us. Thanks for the stay!

Cozy Cottage by the Lake

We loved the small cozy cottage by the lake. We received a complimentary bottle of wine, the view was beautiful, the cottage was clean and close to Mackinaw City and the ferry to the Island. There was so much to do and we had an amazing time!

Lakefront bliss

The cottage has been nicely updated, the uncluttered small space feels light and airy. The view from most any spot from main living area was of the lake. We enjoyed the porch and tiny backyard where you are almost in the water!

Cabin on the lake

This property is a quaint cabin on the lake. Close to everything we planned for our time in Michigan. The cabin is well maintained and very nice and comfortable. We loved watching the wildlife on the lake and the sunset in the evening.
