Nice Stay

We stayed for Fall Break, our plans were changed last minute due to the hurricane that went through middle Florida. The kids loved the waterslides/hot tub. The unit was redone and nicely decorated. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Great vacation

This property was amazing. The room was beautiful and exactly as shown in pictures. The balcony and view were amazing and being the corner unit was the best!!!

Great place for family vacation.

Wonderful corner unit. Very spacious and accommodating for a large family. We will definitely stay here again. Would give more than 5/5 if was allowed to do so.

A Slice of Paradise

Stayed for 7 nights . Wonderful stay. Condo was as expected. Includes beach toys, umbrella, chair , and a couple beach blankets. There is a pack n play in closet as well. Very roomy and a desired resort for family fun! In close proximity to Pier Park.

Great Spot

Our family loved the Splash resort. The water park and lazy River really made the trip worth it with the kids. Only downside was the left side master bedroom a/c just couldn’t keep up with the rest of the condo. Had to have ceiling fan and box fan on high the whole time in there but we made due.

Could be better

When we arrived at the room one of the bedroom air conditioners was not working. It was late so we had to go all night with no air but we were able to get it working again the next day. The cleanliness of the room could be better. We found things in the floors that weren’t ours so I’m not sure how well they are cleaning things. The second bedroom only had a shower and not a bathtub as advertised so that was inconvenient as we had young children. Our kids enjoyed the pool and splash area but they could use better maintenance and cleaning. The entire property seems dated and not well maintained.

Perfect Condo for our family!!

We had such a wonderful stay for our 4th of July trip! Condo was beautiful, clean, and ready for us upon arrival. The views were amazing from both bedrooms. Our balcony was furnished perfectly! We had a couple of maintenance issues, and they were handled very quickly and professionally. We definitely recommend this unit! Our stay here was outstanding. Everything the online description promised, was accurate!

Excellent condo

We so enjoyed our stay at the condo it was clean, the kitchen was stocked with all the items needed to make meals, the balcony is awesome as it was a great view and we enjoyed it very much. The bathrooms were spacious and the whole condo was well decorated. There were toys in one of the closets although we did not use them that was very thoughtful for when children visit. We would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again. It is also at the quiet end of the beach and that was perfect for us as the beach didn’t get too crowded. Would recommend a visit to Thomas Doughnuts that is about a three minute drive.

We are a family of 8 ranging from infant to 65+ we all really enjoyed the condo. Things to do for everyone. Beaches are amazing! Can’t wait to return again, thank you for an amazing stay.

Room was fantastic, facility not so much

This listing was wonderful!. Two master suits is something we enjoyed very much. The condo was exceptionally clean and the balcony was amazing. The facility however was terrible. The pools were not cleaned daily. The first day there was food in the pools, the second day there were metal forks and bread in them. We were the first to arrive daily to the pools and we found them full of food and objects each day. Thankfully the ocean was calm and we just decided to divert to the ocean instead of staying poolside. I did complain to management about the conditions of the pool, but they still remained nasty. I did have issues communicating with our host regarding chair rentals for this property. I emailed them several times inquiring if beach chairs were included in the stay and we were told yes, but no one could answer my question as to how many chairs we would receive. After being told by the host to call two different companies, neither of which serviced our condo, I finally called. I was promised a call back, however the call never came. My kids were completely let down about the pool situation. That's a lot of money to pay for your vacation to not be able to use the pool. The facility needs to be cleaner and the pools need daily maintenance.

Spring break

We loved this resort. We stayed and had another family staying with us. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out, plenty of beds, and our favorite place was the balcony in the evenings watching the sunset. The location is great, the water park was a major hit for my 5 yr old, and everything else was a short distance away. You can drive most places in a couple mins or choose to walk. We had a blast and loved our condo. We definitely will be back!

Beachside 8 rental

Great house and location. The “second” master bedroom could use an updated bathroom (shower) that includes at least hooks for your towels. Also, there isn’t a bedroom door. To call it a master suite might be a stretch without a bedroom door. Even an accordion door or a curtain would work. It is adequately stocked. No oven mitts . and only two dish towels, however. Easy check in and check out. And friendly neighbors. We had a fun time!

Wonderful condo

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious and clean. The building itself is great for kids, with multiple pools and a snack shop. Cons: when we got there we had to hunt down luggage carts because it’s a long haul from the garage to the elevators. There seemed to only be a few carts for the hundreds of guests. Also we witnessed a little old lady in pain having to walk the long walkway to the elevators, so having a few wheelchairs would be great for the elderly. Our stay in the condo was excellent, but the building inconveniences would probably make us choose a different place on our next visit, however; our inconveniences may not matter to others.

Very nice condo

Good response from management when we needed items. Does need all area rugs to be steam cleaned. We rolled them up. Otherwise very nice and updated condo. Everything worked as it should.

INCREDIBLE.. Absolutely perfect. We loved this place

What a great condo. Very nice and clean, the beds are comfortable and that balcony.. its.. HUGE... Could not have asked for a better stay or a nicer condo. We were down with 4 other families and our unit was far nicer than any of the others. If you go to Splash.. try and get 707 East. The Warren Beach team was so helpful. Dinah gave us some great options for eating that were off the beaten path.. Just cant say enough about what a great stay we had. Thank you for sharing your condo with my family.

PLEASE READ!! Don’t just worry about the good comments, that's how I got it wrong and make a big mistake …we left the apartment today, I will give only one star, why? the apartment is the same as in the photos, good location and great for kids BUT the rugs are very dirty they need to be cleaned, kitchen utensils are missing, glasses, plastic bowls are missing. but that's not the worst, the apartment needs a good cleaning, it's very dirty, it needs more attention, I could give details but I'm disappointed to keep giving details.… I complained about the cleaning and they promptly sent me a person to clean it, but we arrived from the market with our things wanting to organize everything to start our vacation and the girl was there cleaning the fan , we asked to leave because it was 7 pm and it didn't make sense, would bother us.. that is all , would be great if you guys check about the resort OMG but I can already say, the worst I've ever seen. because of the resort I never go back to that place

Beautiful condo great resort. Need a new cleaning company.

Trash under 2nd bedroom beds and potatoes chip back under master bed. Showers didn’t look clean and there was long dark hair in shower and on sheets. Love the unit, just definitely need a new cleaning company!!

Grat place for family with kids

Property was clean and spacious. We didn't have starter paper products such as toilet tissue, paper towels or garbage bags as stated. The only thing wrong with the unit was low water pressure in the showers. Overall we were satisfied and enjoyed our stay.

Great property

Very much enjoyed our stay!! Only thing I would recommend is putting in the book that the room does come with 2 beach rentals but more can be added to the 2 free so that they are all together. The 7th floor was perfect, not too far up and not too far down, definitely good for the 2 elevators that take a while! Only issue I had was getting into the room, after a 12 hour trip, I didn't realize I had to put a # before the number and called them. Figured it out real quick haha. Great place, will be back!

Lovely Condo

Our family loved this condo! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo. Easy access to the beach and a beautiful deck to have coffee and look at the ocean.
