Hurricane Isaias interrupted our vacation plans, from flight cancelations to delaying our check in by a day, but Tracy kept us informed throughout it all. The unit was gorgeous and spacious for my husband, the two teens, and I. And the Splash resort is FULL of super nice people.

Property was beautiful and view was amazing. Master bedroom mattress was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The bunk beds for kids were perfect. The washer dryer was super handy. Tracy was great and had numerous suggestions on restaurants and activities. Weather was amazing and water was warm and beautiful. My daughter and I and my two grandchildren had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this property.

Cleanliness the trundle had no sheets and the mattress was stained, the mold on shower heads, shower curtains and washing machine made clothes smell of mold, a mattress with driest sheets by the wall in master bedroom.

Great room with all the things you need in the kitchen and for the beach. Have stayed in this unit twice because it's that nice.

We had an amazing time at this property! We came down for my son’s high school baseball tournament but with all the amenities on-site and nearby we were able to take advantage of every free moment. This building has a resort feel instead of a condo building feel. The unit had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our time in this unit and at the splash resort. It was a beautiful unit with everything we needed and more. Very clean and comfortable.

Great place!

We were very happy with our stay at 806W. The property manager replied immediately to a minor issue we had upon arrival and helped us work through the item. The condo was clean and looked just as it was pictured. The view was great, plenty of seating on the deck, and chair service at the beach was a plus.

We'll be back!

We had an excellent stay! Everything was exactly as described. The host is super responsive, kind, and helpful. The location and beach access are perfect. We also loved the splash pad and coffee/snack shop for convenience. Great experience and would definitely come back to this property!

Perfect stay!

This was our fourth trip to splash and our best yet! The unit was exactly as pictured as well as very clean and comfortable. The owner was wonderful about providing all details before we arrived, and she also gave us recommendations on some fun things to do that did not disappoint. We will be looking to book this unit again in the future!

This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and organized. My three kids loved the bunk beds, and my husband and I loved the master! All of the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were even better. The couch was super cozy with tons of pillows to relax on after a long day at the beach. The free beach chairs were super convenient and we loved the spacious balcony. We have always loved staying at Splash and this condo is definitely our new favorite.. highly recommend. Tracy is also great at communicating and made checking in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo!!! It's location was perfect - the 8th floor was the perfect floor to be high enough to see everything below but not too high for us scaredy cats! And it's located directly in front of the elevator so wasn't a ton of walking for our little ones!!! The condo was clean, furnished with everything we could possibly need and then some, and the owner's gave us tons of information/insight that helped our stay enjoyable!

FUN TIMES AT PCB SPLASH!

Great condo! We enjoyed the location & amenities at splash. The floor level of this condo is perfect. The owner Tracey was awesome...she made sure all our request happened. Would definitely recommend and will return! Thanks again Tracey for all your recommendations!
