Quiet, peaceful, and cozy updated cabin is located midway between downtown Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Experience the views of Deer Mountain from the solitude of the private patio, while watching deer, elk, big-horn sheep, bobcats, and perhaps even a bear wander through the property. Our lot is .75 acre and is covered in trees, rock boulders and amazing views. You will hear the rumbling of Fall River just a few hundred yards down the hill. The cabin is located in a cul-de-sac for maximum peace and quiet. Come and enjoy the brilliant night sky and the breathtaking sunset!

The main level master suite features a queen sized bed and full-size laundry facilities. The kitchen features granite counter tops, newer cabinetry and is well appointed with dishes, cookware, utensils. Appliances include: toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Two tables for dining and gathering on the main level. The living room has new leather sofa w/ queen pull out sleeper and love seat with chairs complete with a large HD TV over the wood-burning fireplace.

Scenic outlook from the large front deck and cement patio in the back of cabin are the perfect place to end the day. Patio has a private full-size hot tub, gas grill, updated landscaping and patio table with 6 chairs. Upstairs loft area has updated 1/2 bathroom, great windows, one queen bed and one twin daybed with twin trundle. Cable and internet provided with complimentary WIFI.

We had a great stay at this cozy, rustic cabin over Labor Day weekend! We loved relaxing on the deck for breakfast and stargazing at night, and the kids had a blast in the hot tub. The wild turkeys wandering around the property were a fun bonus! The location was perfect—just a mile from the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and only a few miles from Estes Park. We’d definitely stay here again!

The cabin was well thought out with everything you could possibly need. The location was perfect with views of the mountains in every direction. We especially appreciated the easy access with only 3 stairs down to enter the cabin and the main bedroom and full bathroom on the first level which is not necessarily easy to find in Estes Park. For anyone with mobility challenges, this is the place to stay. The host was very responsive and worked through a billing issue with me which was above and beyond my expectations!

Nice property with lots of wildlife. Great location, close to Rocky National Park and easy drive to town. The house had special touches to make it feel like home.

Wife was impressed with how clean the cabin was so that’s saying something, trust me. Awesome location to easily get into the park as well as town. Comfortable beds and sofas. Tons of windows and fans to easily cool down the house. Nice and quiet, some big bull elk, and kids liked exploring a little bit around the house while we chilled. Very nice cabin.

Wonderful cabin and very responsive host. Kitchen is well equipped to cook meals. Enjoyed the hot tub and its location offers privacy. I appreciated the nice solar party lighting on the patio as well.

This cabin was very nice and was conveniently located close to the downtown area and the RMNP entrance. The only downside was the cabin didn’t have any AC. This seems to be very common for the area, however, if this would’ve been disclosed in the description, I’m not sure I would have booked this particular cabin. Overall, the scenery was beautiful with lots of wildlife around. Still had an amazing trip and made many wonderful memories!

The most perfect cabin for our fam of four! We enjoyed the cabin vibe throughout every detail. Hot tub was top tier for watching stars! Saw elk, turkey and deer on property daily! Drive to downtown Estes walking and shopping is so close and was lovely. Enjoyed every moment!

The location is so unique. Close to everything-yet so nice and private nestled into the edge of Rocky Mountain National Park. You can walk or bike into town in a couple of minutes and come back home to the mountain setting amidst the boulders, outcroppings, and large pines. And the awesome 360 Mountain views! Wildlife frequents the property, which is a real delight. Hot tub is especially relaxing while looking at the mountains and stars.
