25-year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Guest Access:

Park in your assigned parking spot - either #4 (out front) and/or #32 (under the building) If you take the elevator, you will need to enter the lobby code in the keypad to unlock the elevator lobby door. Take the elevator or the stairs to the first floor, unit 103.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet beach town with restaurants, bars and shops along Gulf Blvd.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for this area; there is public transportation and ride share available as well.
