It is a 2 BR brick cottage in a nice neighborhood, with a 1 car garage. The house seemed well built and solid, and still had what looked to me as original hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen seemed well stocked with everything you would need, although we didn’t cook much. We were there the week of the heat dome over Nashville, and the AC did a great job of keeping us cool. The king size bed was very comfortable and we slept great. There are places to eat within walking distance (Sho wood fired pizza is great), and the drive to town was only 10 min. It seemed to be in a safe neighborhood. We would stay there again if we make it back to Nashville.

Nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown. We stayed for sx race, place is perfect for weekend stay in Nashville. House has good amenities and a lot of neighborhood shops and restaurants, we loved it!

East Village Escape was perfect!

It was definitely an escape for us! Easy walk to great restaurants, close to all the places and people we were here for, and a clean, comfortable, quiet place to land and rest in between family and adventures!

My coworker and I came to Nashville for a conference held at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. We were really pleased with the easy drive from the house to the conference center, and the fun restaurants and coffee shops that were within an easy walking distance. We found this house to be a comfortable landing place after long days. We were also really pleased by how safe this neighborhood was.

The place provided everything we needed. Very clean and tidy and comfortable. We felt at home and safe. Very quiet neighborhood. The beauty of the wood floors and doors was amazing to be surrounded with in a contemporary world.

Great place for two couples!

We loved our stay! Great check-in process, comfy beds, shower had great pressure, but the didn’t drain well at all. Overall great experience!

Concert weekend

This was a perfect fit for our party of 4! Great location ! Enjoyed the local restaurants and only a short drive to downtown area, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for getaway!

Everything was just as promised. Kitchen was stocked well with basics and plenty of dishes/cooking items. Very clean and nice to have a driveway.

Cute home great location!

This home was the perfect fit for us! It was affordable, clean, and just a 10 minute Uber drive to the city! The owners were flexible with us since our flight got in a lot earlier then check in time and super accommodating! Overall, we would stay here again!

Great stay

Lindsay was great to work with! The photos/property was exactly what the property was! The neighborhood felt really safe, and we were within walking distance to Dolse which had gluten free bakery goods.

Great house, perfect location

House is comfortable and well provisioned. Perfect for our 7 night stay. Garage was great for parking our motorcycle. Quiet neighborhood and a great location. We will rent it again.

Excellent home.

House is very clean and comfortable. It's about 20 minutes to Broadway and the airport. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I highly recommend this home.

Perfect Spot for a weekend

This was a perfect spot for myself and 2 adult children. We came to Nashville to see a concert. The house was very clean! Great beds, pillows, bathroom towels and shower. The neighborhood was super quaint and enjoyable. We were within walking distance to multiple restaurants that were very good. Definitely would stay there again!
