Newly remodeled home in Donelson just minutes from the airport, Downtown, Opryland area, Lakes and parks. Enjoy this Nashville area home in the center of it all. 10-15 mins to most all attractions ( 7 miles to Downtown-Broadway/1st Ave). Entire home is yours to enjoy. We have 3 bedrms- 2 queen beds, 2 twins and 1 bath. Open floor plan includes fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Den with cable TV and wireless internet. Washer/Dryer, hair dryer, shampoos, iron. Our family had a wonderful stay at Carla’s home. It is easily accessible to the airport, downtown Broadway, East Nashville, Opryland, Percy Pierce Lake, the Gulch, Music Row, and Vanderbilt. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Carla was a kind and thoughtful host and provided all of the essential amenities you could need for a stay. Her communication was superb and made every aspect of our travel easy. We will definitely be back!

Host was very welcoming - lots of amenities we didn't expect but appreciated, like having mustard and mayo in the fridge, bath items, etc. Was also very responsive when we had questions...and when we inadvertently locked ourselves out! Place was quite clean and well-located for activities in Nashville. Very near airport, which was helpful since some of our folks were flying in. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Stay

We are so glad we chose this property for our first experience in Nashville. It was clean and inviting and just the right distance to downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

The Host Carla was amazing. My family really enjoyed themselves. House is exactly as pictured and very very clean and comfortable. My Mom is a cleaning fanatic and she was very pleased. They absolutely loved the planes going over. And drinking their coffee on the back deck. Location was great. We will definitely stay again.

We were in town for a cheer competition and found this cute house on VRBO. The house was exactly how it was listed and was absolutely adorable. Contact with the owner was very easy and always responded very quickly. The house was very close to downtown as well as our venue for the cheer comp at the Gaylord. I would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at this property. Thank you so much for having us.

Owners thought of everything. Plenty of plugs for all the electronics and charging needs. Lots of dishes for preparing and serving meals. Well appointed rooms with lamps, tables and a chair in each room. Lots of space to stretch out relax. Just like home!

We loved this house. It was like a home away from home! If I return to Nashville I would definitely stay here again. Carla makes you feel so welcome and her personal touches were great!

Great location- Easy access

Very clean. Location was great for Airport, Opryland and Nashville. Definitely need a car to get around. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

A definite place to stay

We stayed at Carla’s house for 5 nights, it was clean, and had everything we needed. I liked the suitcase stand in each room. Carla was always easily reachable when I had any questions. We had such a good time that we are talking about visiting again, and will stay here again

This little house was clean and easy to access. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a slow/low traffic street. It is only minutes from anything you are looking for (even the airport). There were airplanes coming in overhead (which we thought might keep us up at night), but it was not a problem at all. There was plenty of room for a larger family than ours.I would highly recommend this house for anyone traveling in the Nashville area. We had zero issues with anything there.

Pink Concert

We came to see Pink in concert at Geodis Park. The house was amazing, easy to find and close to tons of ammenties and great restaurants. Minutes from downtown, quiet neighborhood, felt very safe!

Nashville Vacation

Carla was a wonderful host! The house was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great neighbor hood location also. House was located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville with just a short drive to get there. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville!!

Perfect family choice!

We came down from Michigan for a long weekend and a concert. We could not have asked for a better house to rent or a better location, at the price, right in the middle of everything! Took some of the advice for restaurants in the area that were provided and they were a total success! This rental really made our trip home away from home!

So close to airport snd downtown.

We loved our time in Nashville. Even though we were close to the airport we could barely hear the planes. Beds were comfortable and we loved how close we were to everything! Management was quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you so much!

Perfect stay

We visited Nashville for a cheer competition at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. I chose this property because it was only 10 minutes from the competition venue, but also close to downtown. I was a bit nervous about having only one bathroom since we had 3 teenage girls with us, but it was not a problem because each bedroom had a mirror and table or desk for hair and makeup. Carla is an excellent host and everything was perfect!

A great place to RELAX and unwind

We stayed here with another couple. Everything was perfect and we had just what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies - including coffee and tea - and even some Moon Pies! We made some wonderful meals in the kitchen and relaxed in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Very clean and good for 2 couples on a long weekend adventure. The location was good and handy to get to most places. I highly recommend!

1st time in Nashville

We came to town on a Cousins trip for a concert and this was the perfect house for us! Carla was so easy to communicate with, the house was ready earlier than we anticipated which was awesome, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed. There was a coffee pot, plenty of kitchen stuff, bathroom necessities, and each room had little fans which we all used for noise. Check in and out was super easy, the location was great - we were close to everything we needed. If I ever find myself back in Nashville I would definitely stay here again.
