We very much enjoyed the hot tub. The view of the vineyard was lovely. Being there in March, the bird song was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable

Wonderful!

The location of this property is fabulous- gorgeous vineyards right in the back yard and adjacent to a fabulous winery and also just minutes from downtown Healdsburg! It was very clean and we were very comfortable. Great value. Would stay here again for sure. Thank you!!

Big Oak House

Enjoyed location and view. Short drive to Healdsburg. Great access to dry creek wineries. Ideal for biking or boating at Lake Sonoma. Property located adjacent to winery which is great for tasting, but also lacks a little privacy during busy weekends. House was clean and comfortable.

Thank you, this was a lovely setting and a good location. We were in Healdsburg for a family wedding at Ru Farm. My immediate, small family enjoyed the living room/dining/kitchen combination very much. Our adult sons, their wives, and our 4 year old grandson gathered together to cook, play games and share meals. Things that I think can be improved include the wallpaper in rooms where it is obviously coming off the walls. That's just a bit off-putting, makes me feel the place is not always maintained. An uber driver told us that this VRBO is familiar to him as one where young people party a lot. I think I saw a few spots on the wall under the living room front window that were either vomit that was never cleaned up/noticed or the wall board was just peeling away. The water stains on the wall with the hooks - assume for wet towels from hot-tub - is pretty unsightly. I would move that rack to the outdoors or the garage and fix that wall. Despite these things, we really did have a wonderful time as a tight family spending time together while we were in the house. The views of the vineyard and backdrop of the hills is just stunning. And we loved the cat! When we left, we accidentally left with one of the house keys - the one on the red lanyard that was in the kitchen. Where can I return this? Charming Healdsburg home

When I arrived I was concerned the tasting room was so close that activity and noise may be intrusive, but that was not the case at all! I would definitely recommend this home for vacation in Healdsburg!

Lock box for the key was broken. Microwave did not work. Kitchen sink was plugged. Patch in the kitchen ceiling was falling off. Must have been water damage since there were tarps on the roof. Furnishings were outdated and heavily used.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to this house twice and really appreciate the location, the space and outdoor area. However the house could use a bit of sprucing up. The kitchen tap has almost no water pressure while one of the showers almost sprays your skin off. Some sheets have long term stains and wallpaper with mold marks. I had not received the check in instructions in time and called several phone numbers for 24 h before I received a response.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excited to have found a new place to stay in Healdsburg! I’m sometimes a bit nervous about VRBO’s but this one fit the bill very well. It was extremely clean (always a “must” for me), comfortable beds and linens, lots of extra thoughtful details (living room throw blankets, a bag of ice in the freezer, etc.), with a backyard setting that cannot be beat. The property management company responded quickly when one member of our party felt the hot tub filter noise was a bit too loud outside her bedroom window. The only “negative” I’d say was the living room furniture wasn’t very comfortable, but that won’t prevent us from staying here again. Will definitely come back, especially to spend more time relaxing in the backyard overlooking the vines and at the tasting room next door.

Ok stay

The house served a purpose for a wedding we were attending. The house needs a little TLC. We were a party of 6 adults. No seating available For us except a small couch and 2 bucket chairs in the living room. The only other seating was the table in the dinning room. The guest bathroom shower was covered with mold. The windows in both bathrooms and bedrooms were covered with bird droppings, cobwebs and dirt. There was a tractor running from 1: 00am to 3:30am in the vineyard the night before the wedding. Overall we were not impressed.

Just Right

Great location; perfectly spacious for our long weekend away for a senior mother and 2 adult daughters. Enjoyed Dry Creek wineries and easy access to town restaurants and galleries.

It's a great location about a mile from downtown Healdsburg, the kitchen is well-equipped, and we loved walking through the vineyards and soaking in the hot tub.

Very nice

Great overall. A few comments. Hot tub was nice but was 108 when we arrived, too hot! It got extremely hot quick even when we turned it down. Also we didn’t receive our welcome email with instructions until the day of arrival. We were a bit concerned with delayed checkin that morning as a result. Overall everything was very good!

We keep our spas around 100-102 degrees and are very surprised that the spa was found at 108!
