Beautiful Ski In/Ski Out Studio Condo NO CLEANING FEES
This studio condo is the perfect location whether you are looking to ski or bike, enjoy the festivals in Winter Park, or just lounge by the pool. The unit is located on the second floor and is very convenient to the indoor/outdoor pool, the hot tubs, the exercise room, the game room, and the base area village. You are simply an elevator ride away from The Corridor Ski Run and the Zephyr Gondola. The building also features a ski shop and a massage therapist. The unit comes with one free spot in a covered parking garage in the building, and there is a free bus stop just outside the door.
The condo sleeps four in a queen-size Murphy bed and a full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. It features a full-size, completely furnished kitchen and the unit has its own high-speed secure internet.
There is one available covered parking spot. The Town of Winter Park does not allow on-street, overnight parking. Rentals are subject to the Town of Winter Park noise regulations.

Great location to ski winter park and Mary Jane. Complex has great pool, hot tub, steam room. Ski in Ski out can't be beat. Owner was very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay! Quiet, cozy, and clean! Loved the ski in and ski out with ski rentals a few steps away from our condo. There was great communication about our stay. Definitely coming back to visit!

Amazing place
Very cute, clean perfect place to stay. Just a short walk to the catwalk that takes you to the gondola and only a 10 minute walk to the village at the base of Winter Park. John was very accommodating we will stay here again!!

Winter Park Stay
Great location that is truly ski-in and ski-out. Clean, small, but cozy studio apartment. Outdoor jacuzi and a game room were great additions to the stay.

Winter Park Stay
This was a great ski in and out location. Owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. Place was clean and comfortable. 2 nice large hot tubs as well. Would stay again if back in the area.

Great location
We enjoyed our stay. Location was great and John makes sure to provide little details like sun screen and hot chocolate that are notable. We will be back!

Great spot, fantastic host
We enjoyed this spot so much we came back for a second visit, and it was just as wonderful the second time around. Highly recommend.
