Modern Ski-in/Ski-out Studio with Convenient Access to Communal Hot Tub

NOTE! The Founders Pointe hot tub will be closed for a tile replacement project beginning August 4 through approximately August 16. Guests are welcome to use the Fraser Cossing hot tub

This studio condo features accommodations for four. There is a king bed and a sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. After a day on the mountain relax in front of the gas fireplace while watching cable TV. Step out on your private deck to take in the fresh air. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, small fridge, built in microwave, small cook-top, and is fully equipped with whatever you might need to make dinner for an evening in. The spacious bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a large vanity.

Perfectly situated within Founders Point, a newly constructed luxury condominium complex, this property offers an amenity rich base experience. There is nothing better after a long day on the slope /trails than relaxing on the roof deck which features a pool-sized hot tub, gas grills, outdoor fireplace, and free Wi-Fi.
Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2025/2026
9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Parking fee outside ski-season is free
Parking fee during ski-season $30/ per vehicle per day).

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

For your added convenience, this complex also offers ski lockers, bike storage and a coin laundry room.

Great apartment in winter park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location with convenient access to the gondola. The apartment is small but exceptionally cozy; the fireplace functions flawlessly, and it offers a view of the hot tub.

Great communication. Very responsive. Perfect location for condo. Easy walk to Gondola and hot tub was right outside our door which had amazing views. We would stay here again.

We do leave extra towels in the bathroom for guests to use when going to the hot tub, but will make it more clear in our instructions that you can alwaays reach out to us if you need more towels during your stay. Wonderful stay. Super clean and the management was very accommodating. We came by train so we were there super early. They were able to get us into our condo very early. Much appreciated. There was no dvd player (as advertised) so they went out and BOUGHT one! We quick elevators (important to me as I hate elevators.)Huge hot tub that was always clean. Close to the lifts. Would stay again!

That was the 3rd time I’ve stayed in that condo complex. That was by for the best. When i opened the back door and the hot tub was 20 feet away. I was happier than you could imagine. The TV set up was just like I have at home and was perfect. 5 star for the owner.

Everything was clean and loved that the hot tub was steps from the door. Everything was smooth including parking directions. Would stay again!

Great place! Loved the hot tub access! The walk to the gondola was a little longer than expected but overall wonderful trip!

Great Stay

Right at the mountain, easy access to the hot tub, and check in was a breeze! A few kitchen basics were missing, like a tupperware or 2 or some foil. Excellent stay! Would stay again!

Thanks for staying with us. We used to supply these items, but each time we came to clean between stays, we found that guests had taken it with them and had to restock again and again.
