Magnificent Minimal Apartment close to Attractions

The property is walking distance from all amenities, it is just in the
heart of everything, shopping centers like the Baystreet and Paceville
are just minutes away. Supermarkets, Cafes, Restaurants, Spa Centers
the beaches are just a short walk away.St Julians has been abandonly
filled with shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars. This
location offers a bit of everything, and is ideal for anyone who wishes
to be at the centre of all activity, while also being a stone’s throw
away from other attractions.The apartment is set in a building block
served with lift. Please do not that to access the lift there is a
flight of steps at the main entrance. The accommodation is set on
around 150m², very bright, airy and spacious. The apartment is located
on Spinola road which is just on the water’s edge from the iconic
Spinola Bay, which is the seafront. Upon entering, one can find the
open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. The décor is minimalistic and
modern, giving the whole area a fresh and upscale feel. The
contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooking, and comes
decked with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, dishwasher and utensils.
The living and dining area are homogenous, and flooded with natural
light.The apartment consists of 3 over sized bedrooms, all of which are
decorated in a contemporary style, complimenting the rest of the
apartment. There is one quadruple -bedroom off of the entrance,
providing a private enclave for anyone who would like to be set apart
from the rest. The other bedrooms are located at the back part of the
apartment. There are one triple room and one quadruple room. All
bedrooms can be set up as double beds if needs be. The apartment comes
endowed with 2 full family bathrooms, one with shower cublicle and one
with bath tub. There is also a washing machine available for use in the
bathroom. The apartment comes fully equipped with wall hung a/cs in all
bedrooms. Wifi and Tv service are offered for free at the
apartment.Access to all the area of the property. The whole property
will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other
tenants.We will meet you on your arrival and we'll be happy to give you
tips for making your holiday an unforgettable experience. We can also
organise airport transfers.Till a few years ago , St Julians was a
quiet fishing village. Nowadays development has changed it completely
and it spreads all round St. Georges Bay, Spinola Bay, and Balluta
Bay.. Most of the elegant houses along the shore line have gone to be
replaced by blocks of apartments, restaurants, bars , cafes and hotels.
The roads leading to St Julians village (now a town) proper remain
largely untouched. The best preserved are in the area of Balluta Bay. A
few villas with beautiful facades and large gardens. One villa has been
converted into a restaurant forming part of Le Meridien Hotel. There is
also the large neo-gothic Carmelite Chuch in the midst of small houses
that used to be summer residences for the rich Valletta residents.
There is a large block of apartments built in the art nouveau style
overlooking the square where you can sit and have a coffe or drink and
watch the world go by.Back in picturesque Spinola Bay there are still a
number of old boat houses belonging to the fishermen that still remain
with their traditional fishing boats sheltering in the bay. Some boat
houses have been converted into restaurants which are quieter and
romantic. The bay is particularly lovely in the evenings with the
lights of the restaurants and street lighting reflecting in the calm
water of the bay. On the other side of the bay is the promenade (very
popular) which goes all the way to Sliema and beyond. Ideal for an
evening stroll or to sit at a bar/cafe and people watch. Up the hill
you will find Portomaso - a private yacht marina with restaurants and
bars, a shopping complex and apartments (all very upmarket) with a
lovely atmosphere. Nearby is the Hilton. There are a number of 5*
hotels - all overlooking the sea on the coast north of Paceville. There
is also a Casino at the Dragonara and another at Portomaso .Saint
Julian's is a popular vacation spot on the coast of Malta. The small
town successfully blends its fishing village charm with its tourist
center. Latin architecture, such as Spinola Palace, built in 1688, and
the Old Parish Church are popular historical sites. Divers will enjoy
exploring shipwrecks via the Divewise Center. The renovated Paceville
district, a former military haunt in the 1930s, is now the hub of Saint
Julian's nightlife with an array of restaurants, bars, and clubs.The
bus stop is just next to the property. No car is required in the end as
the property is located at walking distance from any amenity. Parking
is available on the street and the neighbouring ones, free of charge
for all public on first come first service basis. Reservation is not
possible.Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the
apartments is generally 3.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however
if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for
longer.Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic
utilities as per below:- 100KWh- for 1 bedroom apartment- 150KWh- for 2
bedroom apartment- 200KWh- for 3 bedroom/ 4-bedroom apartment- 300KWh-
for villas We give the above kWh free per week with the apartment which
is more than sufficient . However if the inclusive amount of KWh will
be exceed, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh.
Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.Also
please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT
inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one
consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while
electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The
payment has to be settled on check in.Cleaning of the property prior
the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra
cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of
towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us,
then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as
desired. Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months
period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be
included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be
interestedPlease note that the rental price does not include the
Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to
€0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the
Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.

Optimale Lage für Gruppenreisen und günstig
Die Lage ist perfekt für Gruppenreisen zum partying, in Mitten von Paceville, wo es zahlreiche Lokale, Bars & Discos gibt. Es ist auch sehr nah an die Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung zum Flughafen. Die genaue Adresse war schwer auf Google Maps zu finden, da sie nicht in Reservierungs-bestätigung bekannt gegeben wurde. Es war in März schon kalt in der Wohnung und die Klimaanlage hat zum Aufwärmen nicht funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut, etwas umständlich, bis die Probleme gelöst wurden. Zusätzliche Decken und Elektroheizer wurden am 2. Tag bereitgestellt. In einem der Zimmer gab es intensiven Geruch nach Schimmel. Sonst es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war ein grosser Vorteil bei einer Gruppe von 8 Leute. Die Ausstattung war basic aber genug um Tee, Kaffee und kleines Essen vorzubereiten. Eine Unsicherheit bei der Reservierung waren die fehlenden Bewertungen von früheren Mieter auf der Website. Wir waren im Grossen und Ganzen zufrieden mit unserer kurzen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung.
