Welcome to our home! We have enjoyed our home since purchasing about 5 yrs ago. We have loved making memories with our family and friends and hope you will be able to do the same.

We have a lakefront cottage with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths. The house has sleeping space for up to 6 adults plus children. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a king. The house also has built-in bunks. There is an open concept living area upstairs with great views of the lake and mountains. It has a large tv for watching the big game or that late night movie. Downstairs is a second living area for the kids or additional guests. Enjoy indoor and outdoor dining areas with seating for everyone with meals prepared in a fully equipped kitchen. A great screened porch allows for early morning coffee as you watch the fish jump and the fog clear from the lake.

Our home offers over 200 ft of waterfront with a covered boat/swim dock. You can spend the day on the water in view of Georgia’s own Brasstown Bald. We are within close proximity to 2 of the marinas on Lake Nottely making it easy to rent a boat or jet skis for the day or longer. Our dock is available to tie your boat to. Our boat is not available for rent. We do offer a canoe and two-man kayak to enjoy the lake at a slower pace. Be sure to bring your fishing gear. Lake Nottely offers great sport fishing.

We are located within minutes of downtown Blairsville making it convenient for that quick trip to the grocery or dinner out at one of the many restaurants available. The downtown area also offers several quaint shops. We’re only a 20 minute drive to either Hiawassee or Blue Ridge, both of which offer even more shopping and dining options.

We have parking space for 3+ cars making a great for groups.

Relaxing getaway

Very accurate description of property through photos. Nice decor, lots of games and playing cards. The only thing that would make it perfect would be to have a hot tub. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and very comfortable in living area. Had a slight problem with downstairs TV not working initially. Also had an odd experience with upstairs TV. Someone named Todd kicked us out of YouTubeTv while we were watching a football game. That was a little strange but we finally got back in. A suggestion—there were a lot of cobwebs in the house around cabinetry in kitchen and in corners in the house and around the deck areas and chairs outside. I understand that it’s the mountains and the lake but perhaps a closer attention to detail cleaning would be a plus. Otherwise, we had a great stay and enjoyed downtime from being in the suburbs. Very nice hosts.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. The grill was a bit rusty, so we didn't use it, and the ladder on the dock had been left in the water a little too long, likely by previous renters, but I'm sure those issues will be addressed. Paige was easy to communicate with. A/C worked great! We enjoyed the swing on the back patio. Convenient location to the marina, easy to rent a boat and drive 2 minutes to the cabin. We enjoyed the kayak as well! Would definitely stay again.

Lakefront

This is a nice clean and comfortable cabin. It can be little tricky exiting the driveway. Overall it worked great for our group!

Beautiful Lake Home for our family getaway

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. The property is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. From kitchen essentials to cozy linens and even travel size essentials for any items you forgot to bring. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing dock. We spent hours enjoying the serene lake views and fishing. Access to the kayak and canoe included was a fantastic bonus. We loved paddling around the lake, taking in the natural beauty and tranquility of Lake Nottley. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another peaceful retreat by the lake!

Impeccable lake front vacay!!

Each year, my wife and I host our children and their spouses for a 3 night time together. This house and this lake have been requested by them to return to!!! That’s what my wife and I like to hear! Beautiful location, great access, great amenities. Looking forward to next time!!

Great Lake Nottley House!

Loved our time at this darling Lake Nottley lake house! Beautifully decorated & great views from the screened in porch, kitchen, and bedrooms.Large dock to tie your boat to. Great outdoor grill, well equipped and beautiful new kitchen and 3 new bathrooms. Comfy beds. Perfect downstairs den for kids and 4 fun built in bunk beds. Fun house for a vacation!

Cozy Stay

We had six adults sharing this home and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfy, bedrooms a good size, the living areas were cozy and the kitchen was great - very well stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots n pans, etc...! Since we stayed in late December, the water was down quite a bit, but we were still able to fish from the dock. We didn't use much of the outdoor space since it was pretty cold but the views were really nice.

Another great stay

This house was perfect! The lake view with the trees in fall color, 2 cozy sitting areas, well equipped kitchen and dining area, and the beds were comfortable. It was our second year here and again a great stay. The owners were so gracious and allowed some weary travelers an early check-in. Thanks Paige!

Relaxing at the Lake

This place did not disappoint! Right on the water with a dock to sit and have morning tea or coffee or read a book. Clean and modern house. The outside may look small but is quite deceiving as the inside is quite spacious. Great location close to town for anything you may need. We had a wonderful stay. Rented a boat from the marina down the road and spent an afternoon on the lake. It is beautiful.

Great Lake House and very clean!

The house was very clean, updated and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The kids loved the bunk beds downstairs. It is located very close to both Ingles and Walmart. Owners were easy to get a hold of when needed and helpful. The Nottley Marina is nearby and they were very friendly and helpful. Our boat had some issues on the lake and they helped out a ton. Not to mention they have great boiled peanuts. The kids made stopping at the marina a daily thing. I would definitely recommend this house for your mountain lake vacation!

Perfect vacation getaway

Great mountain getaway!

The property was clean, well equipped, & great location on the lake. The lake was drawn down for the winter season and was frozen over while we were there. Pretty!

Simply Perfect

Clean, bright, airy and an amazing view. Close to town for groceries, restaurants and shopping. November was a bit chilly to take advantage of the outdoor space so we will take that into account when we book this house again.

Outstanding Place To Stay!

I have to say one word "Beautiful". Once we walked into the home it welcomes you as if it's your own. The view was outstanding! Very close to all the amenities that Blairsville has to offer. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this one was put on the top of the list. The decorations where so warm that it made us feel as if we were in the movie On Golden Pond. (Just Loved It!!!!!) If you are looking to relax don't miss out on this gem. The owners were available if needed & very accommodating. We will be back! Thanks So Much Marc & Susie G. : )

Relaxing Sister Trip

Absolutely perfect location and lake home. We loved every second. Had everything we could possibly need including a beautiful kitchen, cozy bedrooms, multiple porches & more. The little lovely touches were very appreciated & the owner was so quick to reply. Would stay here again in a second.

Super cute lakehouse

The house was in great shape and the decor was cute. We loved the old timey pictures and vacation vibes. The kitchen was great. Had all the appliances, pots, pans, etc. that one might need. Nice big table for family style meals. The screened porch or the patio area under the deck were great for sitting outside and watching the kids fish or swim off the dock. Teenagers loved the kayak and spent lots of time out on the water. The seperate living area in the basement was great for sending the kids downstairs so the grownups could watch a movie or just have some peace and quiet in the evenings.

Beautiful House - Great Dock

Beautiful house that has been renovated in the interior. The owner warns you that the bottom floor is colder than the first floor and she it right. Take a sweatshirt if staying on the bottom floor. Otherwise fantastic place.

Perfect lake getaway!

This house was perfect for our family of 8 adults to spend a relaxing 3 days and nights. It was a last minute getaway that couldn’t have been better if we had planned it for weeks. The house had everything we needed and more. The dock was great for fishing. We enjoyed the use of the kayak and canoe on beautiful Lake Nottely. We enjoyed a short excursion to downtown Blairsville and to the local farmers market. The grocery store was also only a few minutes away. The icing on the cake, however, was how beautiful the house is decorated! It was so warm, inviting, and cozy as well. The intentionality of the style had to be to draw you into relaxation. And that is exactly what we did!
