Large Grp/Family Slope side 4/4: Resort Amenities

Stay slope side in this spacious 3 story, 4/4. You'll Sleep up to 14 comfortably and enjoy the quick and easy 2 minute walk to the Gondolas and express lift. Restaurants, ski school, and market are easily accessible by foot, or use the free private shuttle (or free, local bus) to navigate downtown. Resort Amenities allow you to keep up with your work, work out, and relaxation. The open main floor living, dining and kitchen area boasts group size lounging couch, live edge farm table w/built in banquet seating, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and fully stocked kitchen. Sit back on two balconies, and store your gear in the attached heated garage. You'll have an in unit Washer/Drier to allow for less packing. The kitchenette in our huge first floor bedroom is great for morning coffee or late night snacks. You'll find a private Sauna on the third floor. T'V's on all levels w/wall mount flat screen in family room for movie or game night. Free WIFI. Access to all complex amenities including all season outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, 3 gas grills, sauna, gym, billiards/game room. Walking/running/biking/ski paths just outside your door.. Quiet setting with unique adobe design.. Onsite Check in.

This condo has the following room/floor configuration:
*First Floor: Bedroom feels like an apartment! Sleeps 3 in queen/twin bunked bed, has kitchenette, full bathroom, balcony, living and eating/game space. Private entry but also connected to rest of unit.
*Second Floor : This is the main level with front door entrance. Vaulted ceilings in kitchen, great room and dining area. This main level also Includes 2 Bedrooms. One with king bed and attached bathroom. Second bedroom with queen bed and additional bathroom in hall. Gas Fireplace and balcony.
*Third Floor: The "Bunk Room" offers full bath, walk in closet, private sauna and sleeps up to 10. Amazing kid or group space with room to hang out play or relax with a movie/TV. 6 twin beds (2 bunk beds, one twin w/trundle), built in double and queen futon.

Proximity to ski, hiking/biking paths. Easy access to all complex amenities.

Great stay, great location

My group of 10 really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, there were more than enough beds for our group, and the location was fantastic. We had a very short walk to the gondola and the lobby and hot tub/pool were right next door. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great house

The house was in a great location steps to the gondola. It was spacious for our family of 12. The house is as advertised. We wish we could have stayed longer!! Jackie was also very responsive and accomdating to our needs.

Uniquely appointed with a ton of space and sleeping area

We rented this property for a soccer weekend so that many of the girls on the team could all stay together. There was so much space, great comfy beds with a gorgeous kitchen and tons of space for folks to spread out and enjoy in the evening. Parking was a breeze as was the check-in and check-out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo

We loved this condo. It provided space for teens to spread out. As a 74 year old, the steps outside the condo were a bit of a challenge, but worth it.

Ski Vacay

We had a wonderful MLK weekend skiing, hiking, and eating! Steamboat is a favorite location and this property was perfect for our party. We had a problem with a coffee pot and it was replaced asap.

Excellent!!!

Great! Open concept for main living room which was nice for a big group! We had a group of 14 and had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. Not a bad walk to the slopes, maybe 2-3 minutes. Overall a great experience. We will be back!

Great ski week.

Property as just as described and good for our large group of senior men. Short walk to the slopes/gondola and resort area. Easy to get to town. Amenities provided (bath soaps, kitchen spices, etc) were great. Jackie was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs accommodations for a large group.

Great place for 2 or 3 families

This was a very well stocked and maintained property. It has ample room for 15 people - or 3 couples and 7+ kids. The fireplace was cozy and easy to use. Every room had its own TV. Bathrooms weren't large but there was one for every bedroom. It is a short walk to ski school and gondola. I would recommend only seasoned, comfortable skiiers take the narrow pathway to make it a ski in. The pool and hot tubs were well maintained and there was a pool table, etc in the lobby building. The garage actually held the minivan that we rented. The unit had games to use and plenty of kitchen dinnerware and utensils. The balcony was refreshing and provided the perfect viewpoint for the Saturday night fireworks. The owner is very responsive when you have questions, etc. A great place!

Stay at Steamboat Phoenix

The house was beautiful. 3 minute walk to the gondola. Tons of space. I was skeptical when I saw “sleeps 16”, but it was comfortable for everyone. Would happily stay there again and recommend you do if you get the chance.

Property was just as listed, plenty of space. Master bedroom was spacious with very comfortable bed, nice livingroomfor our groupto gather. Also the vacasa shuttle was fantastic for getting around town.

Great place, horrendous management

Condo is quite nice, and location is great. Management by a study in ineptitude called Vacasa was dreadful. 45 minutes of calls and texts to finally enter the condo. Ultimately, I felt frustrated, ripped off. Nightly fee was fine, but 'service' charges etc. doubled the rate. So disappointed

Great Location

This was a fantastic spot for a large group of friends and family. The open area bedroom is a little odd at first but when you throw all of the friends in there, it makes for a more adventurous evening! We didn't take advantage of the secret sauna but that would have been a nice perk. The property shuttle came over 10 minutes but unless we were going to downtown Steamboat, we would just walk to the gondola. It was only about a 3-4 minute walk to the base of the gondola. The shuttle service provided by the property was a huge benefit since our group would have required 4-5 ubers to get downtown Steamboat. Just call Vacasa and a shuttle would appear within 10 minutes and drop you off at the front door of your destination. 10/10, would love to come back and stay here again. Thanks Jackie for hosting!

Steamboat Springs Phoenix Property

The location was fantastic. We were in walking distance to the gondola and restaurants. The unit had plenty of beds. The layout worked well with our group. The kitchen was very well stocked. Large table for all to sit. The unit looked a little worn out. However, this was overlooked since it was a good fit for our group.

Home is Ann Arbor, Michigan, but our first choice for mountain skiing or a break from summer heat is Steamboat Springs! After discovering Steamboat while living in Golden, Colorado during graduate school, it was the first place we returned many years later once our kids were old enough to take on the slopes. Having sampled many ski locations, we keep coming back to the most family friendly, always something to celebrate town of Steamboat. We love it here and hope you will too!

The location and layout of our Phoenix 212 are truly one of a kind. Three stories allow for our home away from home to feel cozy while also absorbing large groups. Easy steps for both young and the more experienced to the gondola, pool, hot tubs, coffee shop and market. There's also laundry in our condo, always a must have!

Third story bunk room, In unit sauna, lower level "apartment' with studio kitchen and separate balcony, Adorable "peak-a-boo" lofted bed with port hole window to lower level. The kids will need to rock-paper-scissors for this sleeping spot!
