Everything was very good!! Very clean, plenty of towels for showering and tons for the beach.Very well stocked kitchen with dishes and utensils. Loved that there were cleaning supplies available to tidy up daily.Master bed was not my favorite but that is personal preference. Only issue we ran into was connecting to the WiFi My Apple phone connected but those who had androids were not able to connect the entire time there. Over all our stay was very nice and relaxing!Pool was very clean

Excellent Stay and Beach Day in Siesta Key

Our family had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed for a fun-filled beach day and two restful nights. We would definitely recommend it for any family or group of friends looking to stay in Siesta Key.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. Very conveniently located within walking distance (1/2 mile) to some restaurants and shops. Free trolley is great if you want to go to downtown Seista Key. Overall this is a great condo.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this spot. It was so close to the beach and restaurants and shops! Pool was nice! We had a blast!

Wonderful place

The condo was central located, beautiful property, pool and grounds. The condo had everything we needed for our week long stay. The host was available for any questions and concerns, we had a wonderful week. I would definitely recommend this property and host.

Great location, great vacation!

The condo was everything we could have asked for! It was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. We stayed for several weeks, and it was truly a great home away from home. Nice pool, short walk to the beautiful beach, and several restaurants within a few blocks. We will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Owner checked in to make sure everything was good. Clean, spacious, lots of extras for the beach. Easy walk to the beach, great location, others in the condo were great. Restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Would love to stay again.

Perfect home for my small family

My experience here was great. It had all the amenities we could need. The beach cart and all the toys were great for our 2 boys. The home was clean and well maintained.

Lovely stay in Siesta Key

We especially enjoyed the location. This condo is part of a quiet complex, but yet is a very short walk to the beach, several restaurants and stores, and a short drive to the village or across the bridge to Publix, etc. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with necessities provided. Beach chairs and towels were appreciated. John was very easy to communicate with.

Perfect location, great stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. The property was exactly as described. The communication was clear, and everything we needed was at our fingertips! The location is perfect—a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops, but out of the most congested areas. The property is immaculately clean and well maintained. We couldn’t have asked for more! We hope to stay again in the future.

Cozy Condo

Clean and comfortable. Beds were nice and the shower has fantastic water pressure, so relaxing. It was nice to have all the beach needs in a buggy including an umbrella. The owner allowed us to check in early and that was so appreciated. My only complaint is there is no cover for the patio door. Not bad during the day but didn't like it at night. A simple drape would do. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we hope to visit again.

Sand Search

The Property was Well kept. Was an " Old Florida " vibe. We enjoyed our stay and got around fine. I was a Bit disappointed with the Ultra Dated Condo. APT. Itself. For that Price Value- I expected An Updated remodeled facility with Nicer Furniture appliances, etc. Contract & Damage Fee Totally Unnecessary & a Turn off. Plus distance to beach. The Area real estate rentals are nuts lately. We like The Trolly & So many good Restruants. Of Course BEACHES make SIESTA KEY.

Siesta stay

Overall, this place was a decent place to stay. Pros were the communication with the host (John was super quick to respond with a question and minor issue we ran into), location (walking distance to shops/restaurants), and the unit was well stocked with kitchen wear and beach toys. The cons - the unit was definitely older looking (outside of the primary bathroom). It had stains on the carpet in the bedrooms. The king bed was just two twin mattresses pushed together. The pillows in the primary bedroom were uncomfortable - we tried to change out with the many other available ones, but they must have been sitting for a long time because they smelled too musty to use. This last piece should only impact those traveling from different time zones. This is a mid-level unit, and it’s pretty noisy from people walking overhead. We traveled from the west coast, so at 8am (5am for us), we were woken up by people walking, moving chairs,

John was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. He answered any questions quickly and made everything easy. The condo was well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. We especially loved that it included beach chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, and plenty of beach toys—it made our beach days so convenient! The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the condo cool and comfortable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
