AJ's Bayside Treasure - Outstanding Waterfront Views & Private Beach Access!

Our spacious (1400 sq. ft.) luxurious third floor condominium has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated!! This top floor condominium has a spectacular view of the Intracoastal Waterway from the living room, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and 18' screened lanai with sliding glass doors.

Access to our Non-Smoking unit is by a private stairway. You can stroll to Siesta Key's famous white sand Crescent Beach (Picked as America's Best Beach by Dr. Beach) via a private walkway located just across the street. Fish or boat in the private lagoon. Swim in the heated pool located next to the clubhouse, enjoy a game of tennis on the on site courts, or just wander the beautifully landscaped 14 acre complex.

Our unit is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in every room. The living room features a Genuine Ekornes Stressless leather recliner and leather sectional with ottoman,plus 50' HD Smart TV, DVR for your viewing enjoyment, DVD/Blue Ray Player, and stereo with CD player. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower, separate dressing area with walk-in closet, and 32' flat-screen cable TV. It also has a new Lenovo Computer for your use, with Frontier hi-speed wireless Router/Modem, plus Hewlett-Packard Printer/Copier/Fax/Scanner.

The guest bedroom has twin beds, large closet, flat screen 19' cable TV, and completely remodeled bathroom. All necessary linens are provided, and a full-sized washer and dryer are in the unit.

Our chef’s kitchen is fully equipped, and provides features which include a built-in glass cook top, built-in oven/microwave, chef’s cutlery, Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, and all the cookware and dishes you would need to prepare a gourmet meal. Housekeeping is provided at the conclusion of your stay, so you don't have to do any heavy cleaning as your visit is coming to an end. Supplementary housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.

Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Public transportation is available nearby for more distant exploration. Sarasota has world-renowned shopping, fine dining and cultural attractions, and is located within easy driving distance of the most famous tourist destinations in Florida.

Amazing condo on the intercoastal waterway. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, pots/pans and supplies you will need during your stay. It's a great location and we would highly recommend this facility.

This place is absolutely perfect! The kitchen is FULLY stocked with all the things you might need. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels and toys. The lanai was may favorite. Will absolutely book this home again! The owners were very attentive when we had questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This property was spotless and well stocked with anything you need! Nicely updated condo, plus, the property grounds and pool area were very nicely maintained. we saw dolphins from the lanai. Communication with the owner was seamless. We enjoyed the water view from the condo, and the walk to the beach was easy. This was a well cared for unit. We enjoyed our stay.

Honest was great. Unit was extremely clean and stocked with anything you could need. The units view to the Gulf Intercoastal was outstanding. Having coffee in the morning on the lanai overlooking the intercoastal was breathtaking.

Another wonderful stay in the condo.It ticks all the boxes and more. Helpful host,spotless condo with a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunrises and view of the boats travelling up and down the intercostal waterway from the lanai. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic view

Very comfortable with fantastic view of the intercoastal. So close to the beach and everything you could think of for a beach day. Hosts communicate quickly and were nothing short of amazing. Definitely recommend this amazing retreat.

Nice location

This condo is just as pictured. It was very clean and has a well stocked kitchen if you would choose to cook while visiting. The location was nice…a short walk to beach and restaurants and small village grocery store. The best part was boat watching from the lanai.

Wonderful condo in siesta key

This condo was so well equipped for anyone’s stay, you couldn’t wish for more. The views onto the bay are stunning and we loved the closeness to the beach and the village.

Wonderful place!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The view was gorgeous, especially for sunrise. The the owners were friendly and quick to reply to any messages. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay is Siesta Key

A Bayside Treasure for sure! Well appointed, well stocked condo was exactly as described. Waterfront view of inter-coastal was awesome way to to start every day. The location was also good with short walk to beach, stores, market, and restaurant. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Trip

Our trip to Siesta Key was wonderful and we couldn't have gotten a better Condo to stay at. The Condo was immaculate and had everything you could ask for. The views from the lanai were gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.
