We are surrounded by great restaurants & bars in the Historic and Art district. Several public parking options available next to the building. We do not offer private parking. This location is totally walkable to all events - no need to uber or drive! You will find this condo to be one of a kind located in the famous "one of a kind" city - Nashville!

LOVED everything about our stay in Nashville! Awesome place to relax, have a few drinks, play pool and rest from all the Nashville fun! Just a few minute walk to all the hot spots in downtown. Celebrated our sons 21st birthday and Memorial Day weekend! Will be back!

We are local and rented this property to host friends coming to Nashville. The condo was very well appointed (especially the kitchen which we usually find lacking necessities in rentals) and clean. Perfect gathering space for our group! We didn’t find noise to be an issue being on the upper end of 2nd Ave. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

We all had a great time in Nashville! The place was a perfect location-close to Broadway etc! The apartment was perfect for 3 couples! We loved how it was decorated AND really enjoyed the pool table!!!

Perfect stay

We loved the house! It was so cozy, clean, and within walking distance to Broadway. The house had so much charm and plenty of space for three couples. I would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway in Nashville

We loved how close we were to everything. Great place and beautifully decorated. The living room is huge and so nice for our group of six to hang out and shoot pool. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time with friends and family at this VRBO. It was a beautiful and spacious location. I would have liked to have been notified ahead of time of the parking issue. We did not know that there was no parking supplied (maybe I missed it in the description?). But the parking was very expensive as we had friends and family coming and going. But overall, everything was great.

Parking is not provided onsite but we have several great and affordable parking garages surrounded the condo in the heart of downtown that we are happy to recommend and yes, there are also some very expensive options as well!
