It's centrally located and makes it easy for you to take a short walk to Nashville's best local sports or attractions such as a Titans game or concert at Nissan Stadium, Bicentennial Mall, Germantown and the Nashville Farmer's Market, or Broadway for the live music scene that Music City is famous for. Location was awesome, close to downtown but not too close. Great casual bar steps away as well as a good brewery and minor league baseball stadium steps away. Great stay.

We had a great time in Nashville! The townhouse was in a great location and was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated having a 2 garage and the rooftop deck.

After a little bit of a snafu with checking in that the host quickly took care of, we were in and were very satisfied with the cleanliness and room of the place. It fit the 5 of us adults comfortably. The parking situation is amazing with a dedicated garage, we parked when we got there and never used the car again because the location was amazing it was within a 20 minute walking distance of Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and many other local attractions. Great restaurants nearby including Jonathan's across the street.

Jon & Samantha are amazing hosts! Beautiful decor, comfortable beds & they provided everything we needed and more! This is a great location if you want to be within walking distance to downtown but far enough away from all the noise. Also just a block away from the baseball stadium. I would highly recommend!!

Had a great stay. Clean property, pictures exactly as shown. Quick response time to questions w host. Good location and great restaurant across the street. Definitely would rent again.

The hosts were awesome. They provided great information for easy check-in, great places to eat, and places to visit. We attended a game at Nissan Stadium and the location was great. The townhome was very clean and we had everything we needed.

place was great and we loved the rooftop area. Jonathan's next door was so convenient as well! Thank you for leaving a stocked bar as well!...tried not to use it much but it was a nice touch.

We highly recommend this rental. Everything about this place was amazing. The Howard very informative. The pictures lived up to what was there. Great location. We will no doubt rent Tia unit again next time we visit Nashville.

Fantastic spot!

The property was great for our needs. Rooftop needs a few repairs, but we were very satisfied with our accommodations, location, and the property owners were great! Wonderful communications and ideas for our stay!!! Highly recommend this location. We will be back!

Thanks so much! We are actually waiting HOA approval now to replace all the roof tiles and spruce it up a bit up there. It will be ready when you’re ready to come back :)

perfect spot to walk, drive or Uber

We loved it instantly. It was perfect for our group of 5. Having the private garage for our car to rest was nice too.Clean, comfortable and set up so handy.We only had a short stay unfortunately, but we would definitely use this place again for longer stay.

Friends trip

Had a great time visiting Nashville. The area around this condo has a few good restaurants, brewery and small distillery. Farmers market not far. Walking to downtown-Printer’s Alley and Broadway was easy walk.
