The condo was immaculate and spacious. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed having secure parking. We loved how close it is to Broadway and other restaurants and attractions. Totally enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed this place! Clean and convenient to all the fun stuff, safe location and while the distance to broadway was a bit of a walk- it was doable. The condo itself was perfect. All four of us would stay here again.
We enjoyed delicious host provided coffee every Morning on the balcony.
Osprey are nesting I the trestle. We wnjoyed watching them.

This was a great home. It was beautifully decorated and kept. The view of the river was spectacular. The detailed communication for check in and checkout was incredibly helpful and made the whole process effortless. The property is a short Uber ride to all the touristy things Nashville has to offer. I highly recommend for a family trip or a getaway with friends.

First impression was a little shaky, but don't worry the location is excellent. Very easy walk to Boardway. The balcony was the highlight. Great view of the river and the mainline railroad. Inside you would not know you are close to railroad tracks. We enjoyed watching the traffic on the river. There were three couples and we had plenty of room. Super comfortable, well worth it!

Everything was great!! Clean host was great beautiful spot over the water and was wonderful to have inside parking. I was very impressed as to how much was there and available for our convenience. A few things that was a bother were noisy neighbors that had a dog not sure if they were even allowed and the fan and light over the oven did not work. Over all a beautiful very comfortable place to stay!!

We loved having three bathrooms for five girls to get ready. Having a parking spot was great also. And the convenience to Broadway and surrounding Nashville areas was perfect! We also liked having the balconies on the front and the backside of the condo to enjoy the sunshine in the morning and the late afternoon. Would definitely recommend!

The three bedroom apartment was spacious, attractive, and clean for us three couples. We appreciated the covered, secure parking and enjoyed one full day downtown and the next day in Germantown.We enjoyed having the balcony to watch the freighters and traffic on the river.Very pleased

We loved this condo. It was clean, well stocked for all our needs, and in a great location. We drove into Nashville and was able to park our car in the garage and walk everywhere we wanted to visit. Communication with the host was outstanding. I will definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting Nashville.

This property is all about location! A view of the river and an easy walk to Broadway made it the perfect place to stay for our group of six friends (3 couples). The condo was clean and spacious, and the furniture was nice. Also nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was very good. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay while visiting downtown Nashville, this is an excellent choice.

Great property in a great location. It was spacious and accommodating with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a balcony overlooking the river. The building is pretty soundproof, as a loud train would occasionally go by, but you couldn’t hear it inside the unit. We walked to Broadway and were also able to walk across the bridge to Nissan Stadium for a Titans game. Rarely needed an uber. It was easy to communicate with and get instructions from the owner, but we didn’t really need to very often anyway. Sometimes the keypad to unlock the front door wouldn’t light up right away, but we always got in.

Amazing host and place was great. The only issue has nothing to do with the host. It is difficult to open the garage and get into the building, but getting into the condo and the stay is terrific. The parking and location are amazing. We loved it

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! Great communication, had slight difficulty getting into coded garage, but great communication made for an easy fix. Teen boys loved the property too!
