The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our handicapped family member. However the condo was dated and dirty. I have pictures of urine around the toilet, mold on some of the couch pillows, dirty and stained furniture, sticky floors, and greasy countertops.The balcony rug was a trip hazard, as the edges were curling up. We could have called for cleaning, but after getting five people in , it was easier to do it ourselves. Had the cleanliness not been an issue, this would have been the perfect condo for us. Our fault we didn’t inspect before we moved in, however I feel like we shouldn’t have to.

We had a great stay. The balcony and ocean view was great. Plenty of room for the family. Close to food and groceries. Elevators were quick and parking good. The pool and inside pool were both nice. I would stay again.

Review 10/10Our party ranged from 74 years old to 11 years old.Very convenient from elevator, complex was very acclimating for disabled guests.Condo was spotless and very accomodating.Will rent again..

Super easy to communicate with, clean condo and great facilities. Super easy access to the beach and indoor / outdoor pools. Kids really enjoyed tennis also.

Enjoyed our time together!

Beach Colony Resort’s, Seaside Sanctuary was even better than pictured! We enjoyed our stay and found the property to be in excellent condition with ample furnishings. We’ll do our best to re-visit!

Great Stay - Shaky WiFi

Our stay was excellent. Clean, great communication, excellent balcony and view. WiFi was mostly ok but we did have some trouble streaming live event. Would stay again!

Awesome place

This property is outstanding. Enjoyed it so much. The condo was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Recommend this place to everyone. We will be back soon.

Great Family Vacation

We love the location and have visited this area for years. The condo was spacious and provided plenty of space for our young grandchildren to spread out and play when we were all inside. The bedrooms are also spacious making it better for all you have to travel with when you have young children. The design of the complex is great knowing you don’t have much walk by traffic on your floor. The furniture was comfortable which isn’t always the case. Thanks for a great place for our family to enjoy each other for a few days!

Great location on the beach

The condo gave our party of 5 plenty of open space. Property manager was good at sending texts to me each step of the way. Balcony large & well furnished. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with its own bathroom, a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean & sunrise. Place was very clean. The kitchen had dishes & silverware but were all mismatched (we made it work) but no soup or salad bowls. Wish we could have had the balcony doors open as it was colder outside & we could have enjoyed the breeze. Cons. Details on layout of the facilities ie, pool, gym. Too many passcodes; elevator was the worst to operate! 2 Teflon fry pans are unsafe to use (badly scratched up) & need to be replaced! Sofa starting to show its age in the springs.A past occupant smoked & stashed their butts in the corner of the balcony, it was missed by cleaning crew. Aside from any cons we would still return & recommend this condo.
