Great location! This rental is clean and has great beach access.

This condo is close to restaurants and other points of interest including the Flora Bama Lounge. The beach access was great and was never crowded.

Another great vacation

This is the third time for our family to stay here. And will hopefully be back next year. Comfortable place to stay and very convenient location. Great beach area for families.

Perfect Beach Stay

July Hill Vacay

Great location, beach access was awesome and not too crowded. Issue with shower drain but it was fixed immediately by property management. A little too much furniture in the dining/living area but would stay again.

Awesome location and layout

House was clean and spacious with just a quick walk to the beach. Rooms were spread apart so some could sleep while others played games or watched a movie. Kitchen had lots of tools and plenty of space for two families to cook and store food. Loved the privacy even though we were so close to the water.

Great Condo

The view was outstanding!! The management was outstanding to work with.. They even addressed issues on Christmas Eve… The condo had everything you needed to have an enjoyable time…

D104...Shipwatch

This is our 3rd time staying at a Shipwatch condo and I have to say D104 is by far the best one we’ve stayed at! Very roomy and decorated nicely. Plenty of kitchen utensils/pans etc never had to worry didn’t have anything to cook/eat out of!

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo with easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds!! A little confusion with checking in. If you happen to book last minute make sure you speak with the rental company. We could not communicate through Vrbo.

Great location

We did like the condo but there is way too much furniture. The table behind the couch should be omitted as you can’t sit comfortably around the table with 6. The fans on the patio need to be replaced and there was no attention given to the outdoor space as the furniture had bird poop and no lighting. The condo was clean on the inside and location was great for walks in the beach and the florabama bar. We would definitely go back.

Great place

Less crowded than a few miles up the road. The condo property could use some updating ( currently painting outside). But this condo was nice inside. Great location to the beach; less than a minute walk out the back door. The fans/light on the patio could be updated. The ice machine was not working properly. These minor issues are just suggested fixes. The condo was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves for our 1 week vacation. I would return.

Excellent stay!

I would absolutely stay at this property again! We loved the area and the condo. The only thing I wish I would’ve known, which could be on my part that I missed somewhere, was that the building caps how many chairs and umbrellas may be rented. We arrived on a Monday so all had been rented for the week. If I had known, I could’ve brought chairs/umbrella. We lucked out day one and used someone who wasn’t there that day. So then with only two days left and hope to luck out again we didn’t see the need to go buy unneeded chairs to haul back home. If arriving on an off day, bring your own chairs!

Easy and Expected

We LOVE Shipwatch. This was our 3rd time, but first time in this unit. If you love crowded beaches and inconvenient living, this is not the place for you. If you prefer fewer people while still having access to all the fun of Gulf Shores/Orange Beach/Perdido Key - stay here! The complex is small - between the 4 buildings there are fewer than 100 units and those are spread out but there are two pools - beachside and riverside - as well as gym/tennis. The unit itself was clean and had almost everything we needed - and what they didn't have was communicated well ahead of time (like beach towels) so there were no surprises. Check in/out was easy, too! Master bed and couches were very comfy, and the kids were fine in their rooms as well. We'd stay again!

We didn't receive door code.Guess helpnto get inside. Found rats,roaches, spiders, ants.Very dirty. Never get help or contact from no body.Property or verbo.Never going to be back here ever again. I wish I was able to give cero stars..But I can't. Thank you for nothing.

Beach vacay

We enjoyed staying on the bottom floor. The access fo the pier and pool were superb. The beach wasn’t crowded and we enjoyed the location very much. The mattresses and couches/recliner all need to be replaced. My hips and tailbone suffered for sure. I would only return to this property if these things were done. I stated that cleanliness was ok because I had to do some cleaning when we arrived.

Best beach access!

We love staying here on the first floor with small children. Nothing better than walking right out the door to the pier to the beach, and pool is right beside this condo. It was great! We did have a little trouble getting in touch with property manager to ask about early check in but I am assuming it was due to the beach ban lifting and things were just busy. Will stay again!

On the Beach

Pros: On the beach. End unit. 3 bedrooms,2 bath. Bottom floor that was great for Grandma.(building does have elevator) Flora/Bama is maybe 1 mile down the road. Walmart and Publix close. Kitchen stocked BUT.... Cons: Kitchen too stocked. Someone needs to go thru it and clean it out. Seriously. The whole living area needs to be decluttered. The furniture in living is extremely uncomfortable. Time to be replaced. We had lots of storms and had to be inside and because of this we left 2 days early. The tv needs to come out of the cabinet so the wireless can work better. The master bed needs to be replace. There is a huge dip in it. My back hurt every day I woke up. The shades in master don't stay shut so we had to buy painters tape to keep them closed. The Master shower area needs a lot more light. Can't see to shave. very dark. The big cabinet in the master needs to go. Put tv on wall and maybe a bench under. Great place, just needs updating and some decluttering.

Great location. Love the first floor. Beautiful condo and very well stocked. Patio & table roomy!

Only negative was the outlets in the kitchen. None on the wall with the stove worked. Also there are loose floor tiles that pop up especially by the hall bedroom/bathroom entrance. Also saw a couple of huge rats in the dune area outside in front of the patio😳. Was concerning that they might enter the property

Beautiful inside and out!! We were ecstatic with this unit and property.

I cannot say enough about this property! When my family and I walked in the door, we were floored, everything was better than perfect! We will definitely stay here again, it was for sure home away from home. I have to say, I love the owner's taste!! This is more than a 5 star unit!
