Brand New Fully Remodeled Guest house with new furniture and fixtures. Perfect for those guest who prefer their privacy! The guest is 600 square feet also has a uniquely attached garage. The guest house was completely remodeled in 2015 with every surface being touched. The kitchen has the latest in cabinetry, with a lazy susan and in cabinet trash receptacle. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice for those hot summer days!
For those guests that prefer to have off the street parking along with cozy accommodations. This guest house sports 670 square feet and has been completely remodeled from top to bottom! With the latest in furnishings your every need will be met!

This is a perfect rental for solo or duo travelers. There's a convenient store within walking distance to grab last min items. Very quiet neighborhood! The AC was perfect for the hot AZ weather.

This place had more available amenities than my own house. Clean, well stocked and close to downtown without all the hustle and bustle. Would definitely rent again if I’m in town.

The hosts were very prompt and helpful in communication. The place was comfortable and had the advantage of washer and dryer, and excellent air conditioning. It was nice to wake up to bird sounds, and yet be close to midtown and nearby transportation routes.

Great communication from hosts, had everything I needed and then some! Very quiet neighborhood, close to airport and I enjoyed my visit. I will definitely check availability when I return to the area.

Loved my stay in Phoenix and this cottage was in a great neighborhood! Very cozy and comfortable cottage near the airport and many great restaurants. Great communication from the owners too! I would definitely recommend this comfy cottage for anyone visiting Phoenix!

The hosts are great and very responsive. Cute little place that was perfect for our stay. We were able to play golf at Encanto golf course, which is only a little over a mile away.

A very cute place to stay. Comfortable and well-appointed. Quiet neighborhood with a very neat dessert shop on the corner, La Carreta de Lili. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful when we needed advice. We will definitely be hoping to stay here on our next trip for Spring Training baseball

Great place to stay when visiting AZ!

We stayed here for two nights on a road trip across Arizona and it was wonderful. Great location, close to downtown, Chase field, etc. Highly recommend booking with Kevin & Dan!

Close to family we were visiting. Quiet neighborhood. Seems to be a safe area. Kevin and Dan were awesome hosts who wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. Would have preferred a king size bed over the queen size but it was comfortable.

A great place to stay near GCU!

We had a great stay at the Redbrick Cottage! We were in town for GCU’s graduation and it was close by in a safe neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful and we highly recommend staying with them!

Born and Raised in Arizona! I grew up in a small town in the White Mountains called Show Low. I have lived in Phoenix for 15 years and during time have enjoyed working in the real estate industry and have acquired several properties which my business partner Dan and I have turned in to vacation rentals.

I purchased this property because of the character of the older red brick homes. Built in the 1940's this home was built to stand the test of time. Boasting a large landscaped front and back yard these classic homes are unique in today's terms.

Redbrick homes are a staple of history in Phoenix, back in the day the materials used to make the red brick were mined in special mined located in the foothills of the local mountains. Red Brick homes are one of the strongest built homes in today's standards. One of the many reasons I fell in love with Mulberry.
