The guest house was completely remodeled in 2015 with every surface being touched. The kitchen has the latest in cabinetry, with a lazy susan and in cabinet trash receptacle. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice for those hot summer days!

I have lived in Phoenix for 15 years and during time have enjoyed working in the real estate industry and have acquired several properties which my business partner Dan and I have turned in to vacation rentals.

I purchased this property because of the character of the older red brick homes. Built in the 1940's this home was built to stand the test of time. Boasting a large landscaped front and back yard these classic homes are unique in today's terms.

Redbrick homes are a staple of history in Phoenix, back in the day the materials used to make the red brick were mined in special mined located in the foothills of the local mountains. Red Brick homes are one of the strongest built homes in today's standards. One of the many reasons I fell in love with Mulberry.
