Comfortable Pet Friendly Stay

I stayed here with my partner and dog for a few days and it had everything we needed. We found the place clean and comfortable and plenty big enough for us three. The location was great and we were able to visit many places in Phoenix with ease.

Felt cleaner than a hotel

This stay was better than expected and the property was incredibly clean! It was a great central point to get around just about anywhere and made travel plans simple.

Amazing Location

This place was very central to everything we needed. There were restaurants and shopping within easy distances. The place itself was wonderful. Clean and very well put together.

It was a good option for one night quick stay. I wouldnt recommend it for longer stays it didnt feel too comfortable, the bedding felt old and the water is super hard and left residue on my skin when i showered But overall easy and close to the airport.

This was a perfect little place for us to stay while we attended the music festival. We enjoyed the back yard and the area was quiet. Aaron was accommodating and helpful.

Clean and cute

Everything we needed and very clean. Nice patio and enclosed backyard. Cute decor with some nice extras- coffee bar with flavoring for your coffee, Brita pitcher in fridge, super soft sheets and blankets. We would stay again.

Perfect place for quick stopover

We needed one extra night for two people ahead of a larger stay, and this fit the bill. Check-in directions were clear. Check-out was simple. We did not bring pets so I can't speak to that part.

Very nice place to stay with our dogs

It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed staying here. We only stayed one night The owner was very helpful with all of the questions. The space was spotless and comfortable. We didn't need them, but having a washer and drier was awesome, we don't usually see those. It was so nice having a large backyard for the dogs.

Clean and comfy.

The property was as advertised. We had everything we needed. For a 9 day stay the washer/dryer was a blessing. Bed was excellent. Shower was great with plenty of hot water. Communication was great.

Two bedroom spot

We were visiting and needed a place to stay near family living in Arcadia area. Found the unit had clean rooms and well stocked kitchen items. Bedrooms comfortable. Smaller and less updated than expected.

The property was great. It was greatly stocked. The only thing is that the sheets on the couch bed were not clean and it was not clean underneath the couch bed. The rest of the property was fine.

Well suited

Though the property square footage was small. It was still quite roomy even with us having 5 adults, a grown teenager and a preteen. The property manager was very responsive and courteous throughout the trip from initial booking to checkout. Property was about 11 min for the Phoenix Covention Center, making it very convenient for our trip.
