Located in the Historic Roosevelt neighborhood adjacent to Downtown Phoenix, this 100+ year old home maintains it’s historic charm & character without compromising on quality & comfort. Most popular feedback heard is “love the place”, “extremely clean”, “great neighborhood” and “perfect location”. Kitchen is equipped for full cooking, comfortable bed & pillows and full size laundry. Modernized to meet the needs of today including 100mb/sec Internet, an alarm system, & Smart/Cable TV. Walking distance to many restaurants, museums and of course all Downtown Phoenix has to offer. Just two blocks away from Margaret Hance Park, the I-10 freeway and a Lightrail stop. You have your own private backyard w/ sitting area and the view from the huge front porch is picturesque. Jeff was outstanding! Had tv issues which he resolved promptly. The house was immaculate and VERY nicely decorated and offered all the amenities you could need. Back courtyard was adorable. We will be back!!

By far one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. The location was perfect, the unit exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, with everything we needed for a great stay. When we arrived the unit was locked and the owner was there in 10 minutes to get us in. Great neighborhood and location to venues, restaurants.

Our second stay in this lovely house in a lovely area. 30 minute walk to chase field. Cannot fault Jeff's communication through out the whole boking process. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casita Willeta. The house contains everything needed for a full stay. We were close to downtown and could walk to restaurants, the Convention Center and Chase Field! The Casita is updated and sparkling clean. I would highly recommend.

Great house in a great location

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Casa Willetta. It’s comfortable and quiet. It’s easily walkable to food and drink. We had a great time and we would stay again in a heartbeat at this location.

Hello I'm Jeff, and Casa Willetta has been my pride and joy for the last 10 years. I'm originally from Michigan and moved out to Phoenix for the sunshine and spectacular beauty of Arizona. Phoenix is filled with so many great places to checkout, delicious places to eat and a scenery that never gets old. Just a few of the reasons why I love to call Arizona home for the last 20+ years.

Arizona became a state in 1912 and my place was built just 2 years later. The Roosevelt Neighborhood is filled with so much history and charm, not to mention how close it is to just about everything Downtown Phoenix has to offer. The palm tree lined streets are what caught my attention and I'm very thankful to call this my home.
