Family spring break jax beach

Our family loved proximity to the beach, hot tub, hammock, kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay , it would have been nice to have had a few kitchen condiments- salt & pepper, we like to do some of our own cooking and a few necessities would have been nice. Overall we loved it

Great for dogs!

This property has been great for our 2 dogs with a fully fenced yard. The house was bright & open - suited our visit nicely. (Tiny tip: If you stay here, you may want to bring long charging cords (phone etc) because the outlets are kind of far from the couch, etc.) The location is great, parking is great, beds are super comfy & it’s in a nice, safe neighborhood.

Nice visit

The property is as pictured. Salt and pepper and spices have been added to the property since the previous review (petty complaint in my opinion). I'm glad we stayed here, I'd come again. Thank you!

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay at this property - happy they could accomodate us after a last minute cancellation from a different VRBO. Being able to walk our dog on the beach was an unexpected plus. The house was as described. The kitchen could use a spatula and a bigger frying pan. We went out and bought a bigger frying pan, taking it home with us, and used the spatula for the grill.

Unfortunately, the pictures do not represent what the house looked like and we were completely disappointed. Poor overall condition, old paint coming off everywhere (lead concern with old house?)a major house fly problem, master bed was very uncomfortable, and the bathroom and shower very poor condition. I will no longer rely on reviews and photos, sadly when booking. Wish we had booked elsewhere.

Cute little spot

This was a cute little house close to pretty much anything No hidden, you know what you get before you go. house was clean and property manager folks were available and easy to work with. Would definitely rent this place again.

Pet friendly and walkable to many great restaurants

This house was perfect for my family and our little fur babies. There were some great dining options within walking distance and it wasn't far from the beach. The house was well-furnished and definitely had a beach vibe.
