We loved this property and definitely try to stay here in the future. Great place to stay and enjoyed extra amenities like the screened porch and beach chairs.

Very clean, very nice place on bay side but 30 second walk to the sand and beach. We stayed here very comfortably with 4 adults and 2 small kiddos.

The location was great for my group. I would stay at this place again. I would recommend this place especially if you have children and elderly in your group. Close to the beach and a pavilion.

The location is ideal! Easy access to the beach, and close to some great local restaurants!If staying in to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need, which was a pleasant surprise!

Great Stay

Easy check-in, very clean and in a prime location if you plan to bring a few people with you. One of the few places that has 2-3 bedrooms/bathrooms. Loves out stay, can’t wait to return!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo is a gem, located right across from the beach. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

The place was perfect. It was clean and while there was only 4 of us, it definitely would be comfortable for 6 people. I would stay there again.

Great location! Very comfortable and very clean! The grounds are well keptCheck-in is extremely easy. Natalie and JJ are awesome property managers, and do everything to ensure your needs a mat. Highly recommend.!

Very nice place! It had everything we needed. It was very clean and looks like it has been updated. It was spacious . We have never been to Nokomis before, we loved it. We will definitely be back.

Family fun

Great location to beach and restaurant s. The house was lovely, equipped with everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The closed in Lanai was perfect for sitting out having coffee in the morning or drinks in the evening.

The three bedroom was very clean and provided great common areas for our family. The back porch area was great for breakfast and evenings. Access to the intercostal was also a plus. Walking to the beach was an easy short walk. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would note to bring shampoo and any other bathroom products as only hand soap and a small bar of soap is provided. For the price it’s really hard to beat.

Great Location, Fantastic Property!

3BR, 2BA unit exactly as described. Great location on canal and private beach access directly across the street as well as a quick walk to public beaches, parks and dining. Very comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen for dining in. Hosts were very responsive - great experience all around!

Memorial weekend memories

We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit. A big shoutout to the owner and whoever prepared it before our arrival. Natalie and JJ were fantastic hosts. We’ll definitely use this place again.

My three adult children 31, 28, 26 and my husband and I stayed five nights. We had enough room for us all to be comfortable. We stayed in Room 1, which had a spectacular view of the beach, sunrises, sunsets were stunning. The picnic tables by the outdoor shower were conveninet to watch sunset. On Wed at sunset Nokomis has a drum circle right next to the resort. That was special. We brought our paddleboard, and the kids docked it in the canal right behind our rental. Very fun family vacation

Property was great… large condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, right on back bay with screened in veranda and a clear view also across the street to the ocean. The beach at Casey Key is one of the best in the USA. Would definitely recommend it and stay here again.
