Guest Access:

✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire guesthouse, including its gardens, pool, and playset. This property provides coffee during your stay.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available in the garage. Additional free street parking is available nearby. Please note that the driveway is shared. RVs are not permitted.

✹ LUGGAGES: For guests’ convenience, luggage dropoff is allowed for those with early arrivals or late departures.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus multiple laptop-friendly surfaces for remote work. This home also provides you with pocket Wi-Fi for improved connectivity throughout the entire house.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with everything you could need, including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, stroller, baby safety gates, babysitter recommendations, and more. ✹ We operate a personal greeting service upon check-in.

✹ Early check-ins/late check-outs may be accommodated. An additional fee of $100 is charged. Please submit a request and we will do our best to accommodate you.

✹ Kids Paradise operates multiple homes in San Diego. Please reach out if this one is booked and we can help you find the perfect alternative for your family vacation.

✹ We require the full name of all adults and kids’ ages to aid us in providing age-appropriate toys and amenities. The reservation will not be completed if guest names are not provided.

✹ Internal doors DO NOT lock to avoid kids locking themselves in. All exterior doors DO LOCK for security.

✹ No RVs are permitted at the property.

✹ GARDENING: A gardening crew attends to cut the grass, trim shrubbery and tidy up.

✹ FIRE PIT: The fire pit cannot be used past 11PM and is unavailable during the summer CA wildfire season. Under California laws, the fire pit cannot be left unattended. A charge of $15 per hour is applied (the rate depends upon the season).

✹ POOL GUIDELINES ✹
- SLIDE: The pool slide is not available for guest use due to insurance reasons.
- HOURS: The pool can be used between 8AM to 8PM daily. Parents may use the jacuzzi/hot tub after 8PM, being mindful of quiet hours.

- HEATING FEES: Heating is available at $100-$250 per 24-hour period, dependent upon the time of year, current SDGE tier pricing, and ambient temperature. We heat the pool to 80ºF, but please be aware that it is not possible to maintain this temperature during cold or rainy weather. Please message the host to discuss your needs BEFORE booking the home.

- HEATING REQUEST: Pool heating requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance (72 hours in the winter or cold nights) in order to fully heat the pool prior to use. Pool heating is for the entire stay only. We do not recommend heating the pool if it is raining or cloudy and advise that the pool cover is kept on overnight during colder months.
