The only negative is the parking, its EXTREMLEY tight (I know there is nothing that can be done about that).

Great experience! Property was clean and easy to find. Our room was clean, spacious, and had the perfect view of the water! The beach area offered chairs and umbrellas to rent, or you could bring your own. The parking garage is a little tight for larger trucks/suvs(as most are), but they do offer more parking across the street to accommodate the larger or 2nd vehicle.

Overall a nice property. Great views, beds were comfortable, and plenty of space for my family of five. The main downfall was the kitchen. VERY minimal cooking supplies. Pots and pans were garbage, not fitting lids for everything, and a very limited number of utensils. Also the ice maker in the freezer barely worked, so we had to buy ice several times. And while they are upfront about it, there’s absolutely zero leftover spices or anything, to include salt or pepper. If you are someone who wants to cook, you either need to bring everything you need or pick another place.

It was a really nice condo but I had three things that I thought could have been better- 1) there were ants on the bar in the kitchen 2)there were no safety bars at all in the walk-in shower in the twin beds bathroom 3)the twin beds were so uncomfortable and shaky whenever you moved on them. Either a full or queen would have been perfect. Everything else was really nice

Check in is super easy and right down the street from the complex. Parking is a little difficult when parking in number 95 (reserved for the unit), tight fit between the truck beside us and the support beam for the garage. Plenty of room for six of us (enough seating for 8 in the dining room and living room). Views are BEAUTIFUL from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. 4th floor so you can easily take the stairs from the parking garage. No long wait for the elevators. Beach is beautiful. Nice pool on the 3rd level, you can swim and look out to the ocean if you want! Family sized washing machine and dryer in the unit. Great stay on a less busy beach with plenty to do nearby!!! We'd definitely book again!

The check in and check out was easy. The location is perfect with the beach view and steps out to being on the beach. You are one floor above the pool and across the street from great food and drinks. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.
