This beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Townhome is gorgeous from top-to-bottom! Located in Mount Pleasant, SC, this home is nestled in a thriving area with lots of great places to see. It is just minutes from downtown, and two local resort island beaches! Just 5.5 miles from Sullivan's Island and 7 miles from Isle of Palms. Two assigned parking spaces for unit and ample guest parking available. Nearby are plantations, Outlet and Mall Shopping, world class dining and countless outdoor activities and festivals. A great way to stay and play in Charleston without being caught in the hustle and bustle! Minutes away from the famous Authur Ravenel, Jr Bridge where one of the largest 10k races take place every year. You can walk/run/bike or just sightsee from the paths on either side of this magnificent new bridge. A visit to the Mt Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park at the base of the bridge is a must! There you will find a large gated Playground for kids, picnic spots, fishing pier, plus gift shop, bathrooms and snack bar.

This home is approximately 1400 sq.ft and has been remodeled to provide an open floorplan downstairs with a modern kitchen, marble island, and stainless appliances.
The decor is upscale mediterannean with modern bath sinks. All bedrooms are located upstairs on the second floor of the home as well as the guest full bath. with tub/shower. The Master Bedroom features a modern en suite three piece bath with shower. All bedrooms contain one queen size bed with high quality mattresses and ample closet space. Beds will be freshly made with towel sets laid out for your convenience. For your convenience, toilet Paper, paper towels, tissues, and cleaning items, are provided to make your stay easier.

A beautifully landscaped and fenced patio is tucked in back off the dining room/living room complete with gas grill, and outdoor dining table with umbrella.

Baseball and beach

Great location to watch our son, who plays baseball at a nearby college. Easy commute to downtown Charleston and the IOP. Host exceptional.

Great Location, Nice Amenities

The location was great, being 15 minutes from downtown or sullivans island made getting anywhere easy. Being across from the tennis courts and a short walk to the pool was also appreciated.

Good location, Old Creaky House

Overall we had a good time staying here. I will list the pros and cons of this house. Pros: -The beds are very comfortable. They are very tall, so if you are short that might be an issue. I'm 5'6" and I had to have a tiny jump to get up into the bed. -The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans -There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. -The neighborhood is a nice quiet neighborhood. -The washer and dryer were nice to have. -There are several grocery stores nearby. Cons: -The floors in the upstairs are very creaky. You can hear whenever anyone walks. -The upstairs bathroom doors have gaps and you can see quite a bit of light around the doors. -It is very dark. Because it is a townhouse there aren't very many windows and the windows are small. In the middle of the day we needed to use the lights in the house. The decor is also a dark decor which adds to the dark feeling of the house. -Not a huge con, but the decor is old feeling. It felt like we were at Grandma or Great Grandma's house. Unfortunately, while we were staying here a tropical storm hit the area. Everything closed, even the pool, and we were stuck in the house. I was grateful for access to cable tv. We spent a lot of time watching the Olympics. However, we wished there was more to do. There was a very old deck of cards, a puzzle that was falling apart, and another old game I've never heard of. It would have been nice to have some newer games to play. Overall it was a nice stay

Great spot!

This beautiful and spacious townhouse met all of our expectations. Kitchen well equipped, plenty of seating, and the mattresses were very comfortable. Outside temps were very hot, but the A/C unit was excellent. Even the upstairs were comfortable. Tennis courts and swimming pool were steps away from the front door. Great location You won’t be disappointed!

Baseball Tournament stay

House was very nice and in a lovely and convenient community. The pool was great. the private patio was very nice and we ate dinner there each evening. Convenient to grocery stores, pharmacy, and general shopping. It was easy to get into Charleston, close to Boone plantation and access to the boat for Fort Sumter. We were there for a Baseball tournament but Mount Pleasant was a perfect, centralized location,

SHOWER BOUND

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND AS EXPECTED. A GOOD LOCATION AND EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. ONLY SUGGESTION IS TO FASTEN MORE SECURELY THE FRONT DOOR LOCK, AS IT WAS A BIT FINICKY... BUT THAT WOULD NOT MAKE THIS LESS THAN A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. JUST A SUGGESTION.

Stay for a wedding

I like the tucked back neighborhood. It’s central to everything. We also stayed there with my dad after Christmas so when this property popped up when I searched for a place to stay in February I jumped on it.

Pleasant Stay

Nice 3br townhome in a hood neighborhood close to everything. Very nice accommodation with comfortable beds, nice sitting area, nice kitchen and dining area. Would definitely book here again.

Great property, great location, and great stay

Property was easy to find, had convenient parking, and was in a great location central to everything Charleston has to offer. The property was clean, well furnished, beds were incredibly comfortable, kitchen was more than fully stocked, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. I only contacted Sheryl once with a general question (not a problem of any kind) and she was very quick to respond. My son and I had a great visit over the Thanksgiving holiday and this property was a big part of it. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Charleston area and will definitely look here first next time I go down to visit.

Beautiful home, great location

The home is beautifully decorated and centrally located to food, shopping and Charleston. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with this being an end unit. The pool is nice & the tennis courts are across the parking lot. The host woke us up early twice on vacation to take out the recycling (because she chose not to do it the night before) and for non-existant running. The kitchen and refrigerator wasn't clean & we were left with 1 roll of paper towels for 5 people for a week. No recycle bags (just an empty box under the sink) or cleaning wipes which you're required to use. The master bedroom mattress is beyond comfortable & the sheets were super soft. BEWARE: the host didn't do a walk thru before we check in & we're being blamed for damage we didn't do...a week after check out. The home is lovely & we had considered renting again in the future, but the host has ruined this trip for us.

Wonderful stay!

What an excellent experience this stay was! We travelled to Charleston for my son’s baseball tournament, and we were a little unsure of where to stay. We found this property and could not have been happier. It was extremely clean, and there were many, many items already provided for us in the home. We had a few questions throughout the week and the property manager always got back to us immediately. This property was very close to a Publix and many restaurants. Downtown Charleston was also very close and convenient. We would definitely recommend a family coming to stay at this property. It was fantastic!

Nice condo - Horrible Property Manager

My family drove up from the Mississippi Gulf Coast. It was a very long drive. Property Manager (PM) called me at 12:38 pm to inform me that the guest bathroom had a broken toilet and the she had disconnected the water. She told me she would get it repaired on Monday morning. I really had no choice but to continue our drive to Mount Pleasant. This was on a Saturday at 12:30 I had Hoped she might find someone to fix it before I arrive but that was not the case. We arrived in two cars with two sleepy toddlers. The weather was not pleasant the next day, and it was, of course, Easter. We hid plastic Easter eggs inside the condo on the first floor and proceeded to have an Easter egg hunt and to celebrate Easter Sunday with family. I unpacked some groceries in the kitchen area. I did not put items in the empty cabinets because I noticed a roach in one of the cabinets and I also saw one on the counter. I told the p.m. and she was very surprised because she said they had sprayed two weeks ago. She felt that maybe the roaches came in due to the inclement weather. I never saw another roach so maybe it was as she said, but it wasn’t a pleasant first impression. Monday came and We rode down town to take a carriage ride and to do some sightseeing. PM called me and said that she finally got a hold of someone and they would be there around two. She wanted to make sure I left the key in the lock box which I did. When the sixth of us arrived backat the condo, there was a plumber there.

Charleston Stay

Nice quiet place with a great location for activities in Mt pleasant and Charleston. Plenty of space. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. We would stay there again.
