The condo is beautifully decorated in Hawaiian style. On the main level is the fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing at home meals or putting together a picnic for a day at the beach. The living room and dining room are comfortably furnished in tropical decor and there is a lanai for your relaxation. A half bathroom completes this level. In addition to ceiling fans, there is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the living room/dining room area.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, beautifully furnished, and another lanai. A second bedroom has 2 twin beds, also decorated in Hawaiian style. The bedrooms are perfect for a family of 4 or for one or two couples. The master bathroom on this floor consists of a large walk in shower, lighted vanity mirror, hair dryer and a washer and dryer. Linens and bath towels are provided, as are an iron and ironing board. Stored in the Master Bedroom closet are beach chairs and beach towels for your use at the beach. Free WiFi service is provided should you bring your laptop or other electronic devices. There is a community computer available at the front desk for all guests to use free of charge.
As you walk through the beautifully landscaped property, which was once a botanical garden, you will come upon the hilltop salt water swimming pool. At this location you will find two shared gas BBQ grills, outdoor shower and restrooms. Adjacent to the pool area are tennis courts and a shuffleboard court.
The Greatest aspect of Banyan Harbor is it's proximity to Kauai's shopping center and central island location. You’re within walking distance to Kalapaki Bay, restaurants and shops. This condominium is located equidistant from the sights and activities on the North and South shores.

We loved everything about our stay here. It was prefect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed not having to share a bed. I was thankful for the washer and dryer in the unit. It was a great location as a home base while we explored the whole island. It is also walking distance to a great beach, restaurants, coffee, and some shopping. We will definitely try to get this unit again when we plan another visit.

This condo was great! Very close to the Royal Sonesta where the confrence I was attending was, easily walkable. The location was great and this side of the island made it easy to take day trips to explore the other sides of the island. Only down side was the airconditioning in the main bedroom is set on a 1 hr timer so had to wake up multiple times at night to turn it back on when the room would get stuffy.

Great vacation stay
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and comfortable with everything you needed for a great vacation. It was nice having restaurants and some shops close by as well as being close to airport.

The only word that comes to my mind is the word PERFECT! I can’t think of any place more accommodating than where the family stayed at. I highly recommend this place as a place to stay while on vacation.

The condo was clean, comfortable and furnishings were lovely. Essentials in the kitchen appreciated, as well as the beach items in the closet. Location was close to family, walk to beach, Duke's and other restaurants.

Amazing trip to Kauai
This is my 3rd time staying at Banyan Harbor. We love the central location to explore all areas of the island. The until was clean and had everything we needed.

Family vacation
We enjoyed our stay here at Banyan Harbor. This condo was very clean and I’m very picky about cleanliness. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Great location.

Great and convenient!
Clean and very well appointed. We were very happy with the maintenance of the property. Also, very convenient for walking to shopping and restaurants and also Kalapaki beach for many activities. Also well equipped with chairs, cooler and beach toys. Great stay!

Mahalo for your wonderful review of your stay at my condo in Kauai! It is situated so close to all the amenities of the area such as a variety of restaurants, Costco, Safeway and many shops for personal shopping. Kalapaki Beach is one of my favorite beaches on the island with its beautiful sandy beach and gentle waves for swimming. I hope that you will once again return to Kauai and enjoy another stay at my condo!

Pleasant accomodations, conveniently located
Only issue was an overhead light in the master bedroom that turned on and off during he night.

Enjoyable Kauai stay
The condo was very well appointed. Provided us with all the essentials for a comfortable week. Management company was very attentive and readily available to address the few things that needed attention. Furnishings were lovely. Had a wonderful time.
