My companions and I were very pleased with the accommodations, especially the location. We were on a quiet street - great for sleeping - but around the corner from plenty of shops and cafes. We could also negotiate easily and quickly to the best sites of Paris. This was one of the only true two-bedroom apartments - most others claimed a pull-out sofa was a bedroom. Good kitchen and washer-dryer. The apartment was very clean, and the hosts were excellent about communicating quickly. I highly recommend this site!

This is the perfect place for a visit to Paris! Amazing location in the 6th, Rue Jacob is quiet but you can be in the middle of everything on minutes. Also close to the Metro, Notre Dame and the Seine. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need. Geneviève is a delightful host who is very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again when we return to Paris!

Wonderful stay with hosts Patrick and Genevieve! We enjoyed our stayed very much as a family of 4. The apartment was clean and hosts were very friendly. The location was great for getting around easily in Paris. There are many restaurants and grocery nearby. It was nice to stay here and have a bit more space to spread out instead of being cramped in a hotel. Thank you so much again!

Wonderful French apartment in the heart of St Germain de Pres. Shops, bakeries, cafes are all within easy walking distance as is the metro. We are two older women friends and felt very safe with three locked doors from the street through a courtyard to the front hall. This is a two story place but we had no trouble with the curved staircase that had good handrails and lighting. Overall, a comfortable spot for those who want a centrally located place after you’ve spent the day enjoying the beauty of Paris.

It was perfect for our family trip to Paris. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive to questions, and the neighborhood was ideal. We would stay again. I do agree with other reviewers that lighting in the bedrooms could be improved

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, and located in the heart of the beautiful, elegant, chic Saint-Germain des Pres neighborhood. The building and courtyard date back to the 17th Century, and the apartment likewise has beautiful ancient stenciled beams in the upstairs bedrooms. This apartment was ideally located for exploring Paris. We enjoyed the neighborhood shops and cafes. Within 15 minutes, we could walk to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the Seine and various other sites. The hosts were outstanding to work with before and during our stay.

Another wonderful 2 weeks in Paris for Christmas and New Years. Our 2nd stay here in 2 years! Wonderful host family. The ladies in the boutiques on the street always greet us with a smile as we walk the courtyard. Cozy apartment with quick access to everything you need to make yourself at home. Do NOT hesitate to book here.

Lovely property, excellent location
The location is exceptional, the property lovely and just right for a week or two stay. The manager Genevieve was great for helpful and friendly interactions. We'd stay again and recommend without hesitation

Good location; compact flat combining modern appliances and 17th century restored ceilings. Very French! Host is very helpful and personable!

Great Neighborhood Pied a terre
Amazing location, very walkable with a lot to do in the neighborhood. Best for a couple. The owner was very nice and checkin was a breeze.

A great location close to market, bakeries, gelato, and restaurants. The stairway up to the bedrooms were, at first, a little challenging for the three of us who are all over 75 years old. I have been to Paris 10 times, and I loved this place.

Amazing Stay in Paris!!!!
So happy this apartment was available for four of us to stay during Thanksgiving week. Truly spacious for four with all the amenities! If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris, this property should be near the top of your list!

Lovely place great host
We enjoyed our stay in this flat very much-the host was great and it was a very lovely neighbor on a quiet street. I was so happy with everyone- if you get a chance to attend mass at the st Germaine church (about 50 away) you will never forget it - it was divine
