Experience the beauty of Lake Michigan from this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental that accommodates up to 14 guests. Take in stunning lake views from two of the bedrooms or the enclosed porch. Follow the private beach path to one of the area's finest beaches. Recently updated and tastefully decorated, this home ensures an instant feeling of comfort upon arrival.

The main level features a bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom, and an open layout with a kitchen, dining area, and living room.

The upper level boasts a bedroom with a King bed (sleeping 2), a bedroom with 2 Full size beds (sleeping 4), a bedroom with full over full bunk beds (sleeping 4), and another bedroom with a King bed (sleeping 2). The enclosed porch on the main level offers comfortable seating and panoramic views of the lake.

Outside, a spacious yard provides a play area for children, while a patio with table and chairs invites outdoor dining. Further out, another patio with chairs offers an additional gathering spot. This rare rental on Sheridan Beach opens up to a backyard connected to sand, and there's even a hammock for the perfect outdoor nap.

Welcome to Woodberry, a retreat for families seeking a break from the hustle and bustle of life. Relax, reconnect, and enjoy views of the Chicago skyline, sunsets, and sunrises. Parking for up to 2 cars is available on the property.

Please note that this home is not located in Beachwalk Resort and does not include resort amenities. No pets, no smoking, and no house parties.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful week at this rental! The house is old and the rooms are small but it grew on us. Definitely paid for the location! The basement is pretty useless as hang out area. Very small and unfinished. The bathroom in the basement is the biggest one in the house and very nice. There is owner stuff jammed everywhere down there and needs to be organized! Same with drawers upstairs! Junk in every drawer! We needed to buy basic supplies so bring extra toilet paper paper towels dish soap The beds are very comfortable but need bedside tables on both sides of beds Not enough seating in any of the rooms to hang out all together! Lots of great chairs and sand toys for the beach! Fire pit could use an update and one of the chairs is broken. Grill needs to be updated! If you can overlooked the quirks of an old house you will love the location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and in a great location. It suited the 11 members of our family very comfortably. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the house had plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to spread out. Unfortunately, the grill didn’t work and when we messaged the owner with a question we did not get a response. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this house. The only drawback is the bathrooms - the main floor and upstairs are very dated and very small. The basement sink and toliet area are very nice! I think during the summer, the shower area in the basement will be helpful with sand from being at the beach. We enjoyed being so close to the beach and lake without it being "right in the backyard" The backyard area is very pleasant. It was also very easy to get the key for checking in and leaving it for checking out.
