Beautifully remodeled, spacious home, with modern furnishing and well-kept property. The bathroom has a full tub and shower with a blow dryer and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, a new refrigerator, microwave, stove, coffee pot, and toaster. This one-bedroom unit has it's own private access, a space of it's own in a large house. This has a stunning view of the river and is located just over a mile from beautiful Douglas and 2 miles from Saugatuck.

If you're adventurous, you are just under a mile from Mount Baldhead Park where you can challenge yourself to 282 steps to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Michigan. If you continue your journey you can relish the fabulous Oval Beach which is in the top 10 beaches in the U.S.. Live it up in downtown Saugatuck with all the great shopping and so many fabulous restaurants to choose from.

This unit represents 1 bedroom with a full bathroom, kitchen, living room and spacious deck.

This was a very clean, cozy and comfortable unit for two people. It was the perfect location for us. There were a few lights that were out (above table, kitchen and bedroom closet) and wished the shower pressure and drainage was better but all in all we would rent the unit again. We hope to rent the entire property when vacationing with our entire family.

This is the second time my mother and I have come back to this property. We love the view of the river and people and boat watching! The house has everything you need and is very cozy but not hot, we went this year in July but never turned on the air conditioner. Close to the beach, excellent shopping in Saugatuck, a comfy bed to sleep in at night! Lance and Denise make sure their guests are set up and comfortable!

We had a wireless communication lag upon trying to check in. We were trying to figure out where to park and which door was ours. We got that resolved pretty quickly; our host tried several ways to reach us and finally worked. Place was refreshingly cool (during a very hot spell), and spotless. We had everything we needed.
