It was a great weekend condo for four people. Fun walk to the beach almost like a secret garden. Beautiful views and close to town.

loved having the two bedroom two bath for four people very clean and nice close to some of the best restaurants and the park for the grandkids ! We had a great stay there !

I really liked that it was gated both ways, the access to the beach, the pool, and it was peaceful, but it was the guest that we met that really topped it off, they were some very nice people. I will definitely recommend it and hopefully be able to come back in the future.

It is a dated property however the description was accurate. There are no extras so if there’s anything you need for cooking, plan to bring them. I let the property know they needed a corkscrew and a couple other items like a steamer for seafood. We were comfortable with our stay, enjoyed the deck and pool. It is a bit of a walk to the ocean, but overall the property was very well maintained. We would stay again.

The property on St Simon's Island was very walkable to restaurants, the beach and even to the Would War 11 museum. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our vacation The pictures were very accurate on the VRBO website and the staff at Real Escapes Properties were very helpful and answered all of our questions,

The cleanliness was just ok. The kitchen could have used a deep clean. The parking was nice, it was nice to be able to have a covered space. The check in/out wasn’t hard, just would be nice if there was keyless entry so you didn’t have to go to a different location for key pickup and drop off. Also would make it nice for trips to the beach so you don’t have to keep up with a key on the beach. Several minor things were broken, nothing that made things inoperable, just would have been nice to have them not broken.

Terrific location and adequate for our visit. The unit could use some refreshing and some attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and it was handy to have laundry in the unit. However, some niceties were missing or not provided (paper towels, for example).

Great location and property. Access to the beach was wet due to the Nor’easter and we had to use Massingale Park, just down the road. Beach was perfect for the day and stay!

Great location with easy walking access to the beach.Very friendly, easy and welcoming check in and check out process.Unit itself was very clean. Living room furniture could use some cleaning and/or update.Good value accomodations with equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.

Road trip visit

Unit was a bit dated, but was perfect for us. It was clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do. St.Simon Island is a really cool beach town, if you are familiar with small beach towns. Would definitely recommend this unit. Property managers were very nice and helpful with recommendations. Great visit.

Very nice condo

Our family found the condo to be in good condition, and we had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We were particularly pleased with how well the air conditioner ran; even with the heat index over 100, the condo was comfortable. The covered parking was nice to keep our vehicle cool. The beach was beautiful, the pool was nice, and restaurants and shopping were just a short drive away. We would stay here again.
