Quiet, gated complex with pool and fitness center. This two bedroom condo is very bright and peaceful. Two bedrooms and an additional sunroom with a pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen for eating in or many restaurant options within walking distance. The beach is only a bike ride away or stay closer to your home away and enjoy the community pool. This unit is on the second floor.

We had a wonderful three-day stay! The condo was exceptionally clean, beautiful, and welcoming. The thoughtful bottle of wine and note from Stacie were a lovely touch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat—an excellent experience from start to finish!

Once again, another great trip to St.Simon. This was our third time staying in this condo. Very neat and clean. Feels cozy, just like home. Nice quiet place. We enjoyed the pool, definitely a plus. Hope to return again one day.

Great little place to stay. Super quiet and very safe. Comfortable and very clean. I loved the in house washer/dryer. Stacie was amazing in communication and left a sweet note and gift when I arrived. Everything went smoothly and I will definitely want to stay again!

Beautiful condo that has close proximity to the store, short drive to the beach and restaurants. Home was clean and very comfortable.

This property was very well kept and very cozy. The location was very nice as well. My daughters were able to walk to the Starbucks, and we were also able to be Southern Soul BBQ. My favorite part was the check out list. Take out the trash. That was it. No stripping down the beds, or load dishwasher. I honestly felt bad I didn’t need to do more, but was relieved at the same time. We were welcomed with a very nice note and a bottle of wine. Stacie truly knows southern hospitality. Would totally book again.

A little trouble getting into the apartment with keyless entry( host thought we were coming the next day). Problem solved in a matter of minutes & after that all was well. Easy access to restaurants & many venues. Gated community which is a plus

Very. Welcoming. Cute place much bigger than it even looked in the pictures. Had one plumbing issue which they fixed super quick and were amazing about!

This was our second time staying here. We had a great time. The place was clean and cozy. Felt like home. Very quiet community with a nice pool. We enjoyed our stay so much we are returning for our third time next summer.

We enjoyed our second stay in this quiet property. It provided us with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We’d definitely stay here again due to the great location and peaceful atmosphere.

Property well maintained and clean. Upon check in, we were greeted with a kind note and bottle of wine. Location was great for us as we could have walked to Winn Dixie, Red Fern Village, etc and we were near our other family staying by King and Prince.

Great host, property and location

My daughter and I stayed here for 2weeks while I closed on my house. The property is clean and comfortable. Easy access to everything on Saint Simons. I highly recommend this property.

Nice Summer Break

The condo was exactly as advertised in a very nice wooded setting. It was convenient for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.
