Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this one of a kind Village Loft located in the heart of the St. Simons Island Village/Pier.

"A Village Overlook" is an elegant and contemporary loft with an open floor plan, you will be amazed at the details! Situated perfectly in the heart of St. Simons Village, you will enjoy the feel of sophisticated urban living at the beach in this unique, fully furnished two bedroom, 2.5 bath condo.

So many features! There is an open floor plan with large living room for entertaining with lots of windows. Gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. This beauty has wall to wall windows overlooking Mallery Street and the quaint village shops. With more than enough room, this 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath loft is just under 2,000 SF.

Each bedroom is delightfully decorated and each has its' own en-suite bath. Completely remodeled and up to date! You are assigned one (1) parking spot in the village, next to the building. There is no elevator for this unit.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm
CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
• Reserved Parking is available for 1 vehicle.
• Fireplace is for decoration only. Gas is not connected.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs and 1 DVD player located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Great location

Easy check in and convenient parking in a busy area. A little loud late at night but not a huge deal. Can walk to multiple dining options.

Saint Simons 2023

This is our 2nd time staying at location. We love the whole vibe of the unit ands its location. The location was very convenient for walking to the pier, shops and many restaurants. Overall a great vacation. Can’t wait for our next trip to Saint Simons!!

Wonderful Loft in St. Simon

This was a really great place to stay. The apt was clean, stylish and roomy, with a fun balcony to sit out on. It was really convenient to little shops and restaurants, and also to the pier. Every night after eating at one of the many restaurants we would walk to the pier to watch the sunset, and sea birds, and then walk around the town. It was very relaxing. During the day we went biking on St. Simon and Jekyll Island. We felt lucky to have such a fun, well furnished place to stay while on St. Simon Island. It was great too as they give you your own free parking spot right by the building.

Great much needed getaway!

I was able to plan a last minute getaway with one of my friends and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in Village Overlook. The condo was big, open and super roomy with pretty much 2 master bedrooms. Beds were super comfortable which is a must for me. Only suggestion is label the many, many light switches!

Asadtonishing location and condition

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Checkin was incredibly smooth and simple. Unit is in an exceptional location, right in pier village, with a reserved parking space (although we had one poacher, briefly). Unit seems brand new and is in excellent condition. There is, predictably, some noise from the stores and bars along the street but there seems to be a noise curfew. By 1030 pm it was silent and dark. You can walk out to the pier right out your front door. Other service and shoppiong areas are an easy bike ride away. Extraordinary unit, perfectly equipped, and an excellent company. We will definitely use them again- thank you!

This place was PERFECT for 2 couples. It is right in the middle of the main shopping/restaurant district. We already can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous location and excellent lodging

Amazing and huge property in the heart of Mallery Street— just down the street from the pier. Very open feel and excellent for families and anyone wanting to relax in a beautiful place.

Upstairs Condo in the Middle of It All in St Simons

Big, beautiful, clean and comfortable condo. Perfect location for walking to all the shops, restaurants and pier. Would definitely stay again. Also, the rental company was very nice and helpful, and went out of their way to let us check in early.
