Bigger is better! This unit is the largest of the 2 BDR condos at Timberwolf. Lodges. Tall ceilings and extra square footage give this property comfort plus. It is a rear unit that offers quiet evenings, yet is right across from jacuzzi area. Room for the kids to play in the back. Walk to Canyons cabriolet. Minutes to Frostwood chair. Free town shuttle to access all resorts and activities located in front of property. Timberwolf is tucked into a quiet neighborhood with a bubbling brook meandering through the complex. Located halfway between Park City Main Street and Kimball Junction where Redstone Center is located.

Elevated mountain ambiance throughout with cozy radiant heated floors. Both bedrooms are en suite. The master bedroom offers a king bed. View Canyons ski runs from the 2nd bedroom with two queen beds. Thoughtful amenities are provided An additional two guests may use the sofa-sleeper in the living area with upgraded gel memory foam mattress.

The entire unit feels like home. Cozy up to the fireplace in spacious living room.
Enjoy the well appointed and fully stocked kitchen with dining for 6 plus 4 leather bar stools.

2 outdoor common hot tubs open year round are steps away. Propane BBQ on the deck, wi-fi, washer/dryer and 2 car underground parking. All you could ask for in a mountain retreat.

Enjoy the nearby hiking and biking trails. Discover the newly expand Canyons Village with plenty of restaurants and activities. Kimball Junction is minutes away by car or shuttle, home to The Park City Outlets as well as Redstone Center which offers a fully loaded shopping experience which includes restaurants, coffee houses, two grocery stores, including a Whole Foods Market.

Great for skiing and well appointed

Easy walk to Canyons Cabriolet, Canyons Village shuttle, and free Park City Transit. Very comfortable beds, responsive owners, and clean accommodations. We had everything we needed.

Holiday Fun in Park City

Absolutely loved our stay! Upon arrival, we were so impressed with the attention to detail, cleanliness, amenities provided, and the open feel and space. The location is great ……just a short drive to the lifts and numerous dining options. We had a wonderful holiday and will absolutely be back the next time we visit Park City. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful White Christmas stay

Beautiful cabin perfect for a white Christmas. We stayed 8 nights and it was the highlight of our stay in Park City. Owner is very responsive and has excellent taste in furnishings and granted us an early check in. Communication with the owner was excellent and they out up a small Christmas tree for us. We feel the property management company doesn’t support the guests as we had a few issues during our stay including no Wi-Fi unfortunately, which was a bummer. This was reported to the property manager no less than 4 times during our stay. They just didn’t seem to care and stopped responding to us. I hope this is sorted for the next guests. We love this cabin and my kids cried when we had to leave. My son said it felt like home.

Amazing stay, great amenities and service. Owners are very easy to reach and very helpful (early checkin and late checkout), plus very convenient location. Highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful condo in great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Park City! The condo was really well decorated and clean, plus the fireplace mantle is amazing… you’ll see 😉 Chris was super responsive and friendly too! Oh and the hot tubs (2) are located directly across the street. We loved our stay!

Fantastic Spot and Great Home!

We loved the home and it is ideal for being close to everything yet not in the middle of the craziness! 17 yr olds loved the easy access to slopes and to Park City. Spacious kitchen, living room and BRs! Garage is a nice plus as we got 55” of snow while wet were there!

A wonderful, well appointed and rustic property!

We had such a wonderful stay! The property was warm and inviting. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after multiple days of skiing, located right across the street. Lots of amenities from the comfortable beds, sharp knives, plenty of towels to pump soap and lotion. Is definitely recommended this property to others. ❤️

Great location - family friendly

Overall this was a great place to rent for my wife and I and our 6 kids. There is no parking on the street, and the few open spots in the community seemed to be always full. There was about 1.5 stalls available for this unit in the underground garage, and we were able to fit our small enclosed trailer and yukon in the garage. However, if the other 3 units in the building were occupied, I don't think we would have been able to fit our trailer in. As mentioned in the ad, there is no AC. With the moderate temperatures the box fans they have do get the air moving and it was comfortable for sleeping. The screens were missing from kids bedroom, so we didn't feel comfortable leaving the windows open overnight. Would be nicer if the screens were in place. There is a small back deck with a BBQ area, would have given the cleanliness 5 stars if the deck would have been clean. The deck, rug, and chairs were covered in quite a bit of dust, we had to wipe down and sweep before sitting back there. Our kids were able to ride their bikes in the community and neighborhood. There is a park across the street that we went to a few times with the kids! The electronic deadbolt in the garage seems to be not working properly, so we had to go through the front door when it was locked.

Road trip destination for 1 month

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Their property Mgmt group was also responsive and pleasant. The house was perfect for our needs.

Location, spacious and luxury level comfort!

Loved having an amazing place to recoup after a day of skiing Park City. Super convenient for skiing - inly 5 mins from Park City and a short drive with free parking at the Cabriolet Lift. Underground garage makes it easy to deal with ski gear. The whole place is amazingly decorated and makes you feel instantly at home. It has a large kitchen space - and everything you need for family meals plus a spice rack. Beds are super comfy. My teen boys loved have a huge queen bed to themselves. Definitely one of the best VRBOs slopeside that we’ve stayed in.

Very nice kitchen

The unit was very nice, very roomy. I have often been disappointing because the kitchen in some rentals lacked enough pots and pans and cutlery, but this kitchen was very well stocked with nice, matching pieces and plenty of plates, cutlery, spices, etc. It had everything I needed to prepare meals plus it did not look like it was comprised of rejects from the owners home or items picked up at a garage sale. The entire unit was very tastefully decorated with attractive and functional furniture. If I’m in the area again I will definitely try to stay here.

Fully stocked woodsy private condo

Very comfortable and close to everything without being busy. Friendly and helpful owners! The kitchen is fantastic & we enjoyed all the space. We are readers so better lighting (floor lamp and brighter table lamp) would be most appreciated.

Great location, beautiful townhouse

We stayed in this property the weekend prior to Christmas. The location was excellent, very close to Canyons and Park City. The unit was very nice, clean and well stocked with basics. It was nice to have a garage as well. We will definitely stay here again if our travels brings us back to Park City!

Wonderful vacation - perfect location

Our visit was short and sweet - the home was in a great location with easy access to the bus and cabriolet. The amenities within the home were perfect. We had questions ahead of time and received quick responses from the owners. It’s definitely a place we would revisit during our next trip to the area.

Convenient location, super comfortable

Perfect for four of us. Roomy and the beds were comfy. Attached garage is great and hot tub is 50 feet away. Easy to get to PCMR and downtown. Walk to Canyons cabriolet. Owner was really helpful with recommendations.

Fabulous getaway

My family stayed here for 10 nights. The condo is great, and we definitely would stay again. Very comfortable, easy living even for an extended stay. The condo is well furnished, decorated, and equipped, particularly in the kitchen where we prepared nearly all our breakfasts and dinners. All the rooms, including the bedrooms, are huge, so there is lots of space inside. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Apart from the kitchen table that seats 6, the enormous counter seats 4 and provides plenty of room to make and serve meals. The fireplace in the living room puts out a lot of warmth and is on a timer so you can't forget to turn it off. Keeping the car in a large, heated garage is a great bonus. The washer and dryer made it very convenient and easy to keep clothes fresh during our stay. We had a couple of questions arise during our stay, and the management and the owners were quickly responsive, respectively.

We love Park City! We've been coming here for 38 years. Our primary home is San Diego, Ca.
My husband Beau went to University of Utah, and first brought me here on a weekend date I fell in love with the mountains, town, skiing and him of course. We've raised 2 children who also share our love of Park City. Now there's grandkids, life is good!

We looked for a long time before we bought Timberwolf. It had everything we wanted in a mountain home. We come out all 4 seasons. Each season has it's own distinct beauty.
We loved the Canyons before, but now that Park City and Canyons are one, its amazing.
