Wonderful RiNo downtown location. Walk two blocks to all the best RiNo breweries, restaurants, bars. Rent scooters just outside your door and explore Coors Field, Convention Center, National Western Stock Show, LoDo, 16th Street or take bikes to the Pepsi Center for the Nuggets, Avs & Concerts...or Mile High Stadium for the Broncos games & hit the bike paths that take you all over the city. Light rail is 5 blocks east.

2nd Floor: Huge master suite w amazing views. New king-size bed. Five-piece bathroom with over-sized tub and dual head rain shower plus walk-in closet. Bath features natural slate tile with radiant in-floor heat.
1st Floor: Twelve-foot ceilings, natural red oak hardwood floors. New 55' LG Smart TV. Formal dining room with huge south facing windows. Gourmet chef’s dream kitchen with soapstone countertops and a huge island workspace. Stainless steel appliances including a 36-inch five-burner gas cook top.
Large bedrooms, one king, one queen bed and two twin beds on the lower level. Walk-in closets and custom bathroom with granite countertops, slate tile and large linen closet. Oversized laundry room with washbasin sink.
Garage: Attached Two-car garage.
Roof Decks: Amazing city and mountain views. Large patio table and chairs plus a BBQ for your outdoor grilling.

Square Footage: 2,556 SF finished on main levels. Over 1,100 SF of roof decks.

Home as very outfitted with everything needed to cook at home meals and was very comfy. Host was very quick to respond for any and all questions. Would stay here again

This is the perfect property for a large family. The home has everything you need. Also, the neighborhood is ideal for a walk. You are near everything you would need. The home has all of the amenities that you would want. This is definitely a must stay of you're in the area. John our host was simply amazing with the communication and instructions. Thanks a million

This house is in a great location. Easy walking distance to coffee, food, bars and shops, Host was very helpful and easily reachable. There is a nice rooftop patio with a great view of the downtown. The garage makes the parking easy. The master suite is on the second floor and needs a fan to cool the room off at night. Fans are provided and work well. We would stay there again.

What a fantastic home to stay at. It felt like a home. Very clean, very comfortable and nice separation of spaces. Kitchen was well stocked and user friendly. Close to everything! Would love to stay there again!

Very spacious with lots of room for a larger group. Good appliances, nice bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Roof deck was nice in the evenings.

We just got home from our weekend trip to Denver. We were very pleased with this location. The house was very clean, there is parking in the garage for two cars, the house has been remodeled and there’s plenty of room for six people and easily would accommodate eight people. The owner left us clear instructions. Very comfortable and very cozy. We will be using this VRBO again.

Son’s wedding

The kitchen, dining, living rooms were open format which worked well for our group. We had the space to host 3 impromptu gatherings and the space was very accommodating ! Also nice to have the 2 car attached garage.

Very nice property with excellent location. There were a few negatives. The steps down from the garage and from the hair were difficult for a senor to handle. The bed in the king bedroom was not good and there was no ac in that room. Also the loft bedroom was hot. The kitchen and bathrooms were extremely well equipped. Overall it was a great stay.

Great Stay

Entire space was enjoyed. Common area was very nice and spacious. High ceilings and heated floor on 2nd floor master bath were appreciated. The roof deck would be very nice in appropriate weather. We are very comfortable recommending this home for guest needing 2 to 3 bedrooms and wanting a wanting assurance of quality accommodations. Location is great for walking to very good restaurants and bars. Garage for car was great, especially after considerable snowfall.

I love Denver but travel a ton, so having others use my house while I'm away made sense to me. I love music (piano and a couple guitars always around the house)... sport (water and snow skiing, basketball, biking, hiking & climbing)... books, movies and good conversation. I travel most for work but enjoy exploring Asia, Europe, S America etc. Italy is a must if you have not been.
