Beautiful large condo in a gated community located across from the new Babe’s Beach on the Seawall. Just minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens and other attractions. It has a full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, as well as brand new everything (furniture and electronics). Cable and high speed WiFi. High ceilings! King bed in bedroom with a large walk-in closet, Queen sleeper sofa in living room, and extra fold out twin bed available. Granite counter tops, large walk-in shower, patio and storage room. Two resort style lavish pools, 1 with heated jacuzzi, the other with a kid's pool, and 2 picnic & BBQ areas. State-of-the-art fitness center with 24-hr access. Our condo is facing the back of the complex - we view it as an advantage since it is very quiet and all front facing units have a lot of traffic noise from Seawall and sand blown in by the wind continously. Unit has wheelchair access ramp on 1st floor, no stairs. Walmart 5 min walk just across the street. Very peaceful and quiet - a perfect getaway spot!
"Winter" Texans and everyone else are welcome to book long-term stays (large discounts on 30+ days bookings). Month-to-month rental available currently for $1,750 plus utilities - inquire on availability.
HOA requires all guests to obtain a parking pass from the front office. The new HOA parking policy starting March 1, 2023: "1-3 days parking rate is a flat $40.00. 3 or more days parking rate is a flat $50.00". Please come to the front office for parking registration. If you arrive after office hours, you may come in to the office first thing in the morning. It is required for guests to provide a Driver’s License when they register and pay for parking. Please bring your DL when you go to register for parking in order to receive a parking pass. #galveston

My husband and I came from Mississippi for our 25th wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean and a perfect location. One of the pools and hot tub were right behind the condo. The property was clean and well maintained. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend this condo.

It is not property front ocean side view . Misleading . We were so disappointed in that aspect . It’s the building behind the ocean side view . Back here in Iowa there’s a front side & a backside so when we saw ocean front we thought that was the front , and then the parking lot the back . Everything else was nice . Clean property ! Nice pool . Really like that it had a washer & dryer . Just change the description to let people know it’s not ocean side view !

Host was quick to respond to my questions and any issues. Condo was overall clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was very spacious with great shower head. Many extra amenities was greatly appreciated. I would stay again if in area. Thanks

Super convenient location with very attentive property owners

This condo was on the ground floor and super convenient to access the pool on site, the beach across the road, and the many restaurants down the Seawall. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.

Like home

Our stay was wonderful:) Five minute walk to the beach. Condo was very clean, the bed was big and so comfortable!! Felt just like being at home, very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it.

Wonderful

We have stayed at the Dawn twice now and really love it. It is close to the beach and has great amenities. The pools are lovely and the hor tub is HOT! We will be back.

The Beach is minutes away, the noise is absent when you finally decide to call it a night and most of all me and my wife felt safe.

Great Experience

Everything was perfect

The condo was roomy and comfortable. Very clean and right next door to one of the 2 pools. The beach is right across the street, Walmart is next door to the Condominums. We will definitely be back to stay next year.

Good Spot in Galveston

Great location, wonderful amenities, grounds and unit very tidy and clean. I had a question for the host regarding the TV remotes and they replied promptly. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a nice condo for two people!

Nice complex, with the heated pool had actually been heated; owners had no control over that. Condo was great.

Location, relaxation and all you want for your beach stay is here! Our beachfront condo located just across Seawall in a gated community, with 2 resort pools, 24/7 gym, and ideal location. The unit is on the 1st floor, completely updated, has a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, King bed in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and a folding twin bed. 5 min from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn, and right across a less populated beach with great sand to relax on. This is the place you want to stay at - luxury living on the beach!
