THE NEW BEACHSIDE II POOL is NOW OPEN and includes a hot tub, new landscaping and gas grills for guests use!

This lovely 2nd floor condo has beautiful balcony views of the gulf with easy access to the pool and the beach. This recently repainted condo offers a newly designed bedroom and a freshly decorated living area. Cheerful furnishings, cozy seating, and a sleeper sofa invite you to relax and enjoy the beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the family. The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with a king bed, an HDTV, and offers a stunning view of the swimming pool and beach. Guests can enjoy a brand new 4-seat golf cart, perfect for exploring the Resort with ease! For convenience, there is a washer/dryer, and WIFI is complimentary. Tram service to the Village of Baytowne Wharf is included. Note: The hallway that leads to the condo front door is accessed by 3 steps - there is no ramp.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.

Perfect for families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! It was perfect for our family of 4. The property is very well maintained. The condo was cozy. I wasn’t worried about my kids break anything yet the condo was beautiful. The view of the pool and gulf every day were amazing. We loved going around all the golf cart. Great stay, location!

Loved everything about our weekend trip here. The convenience of location and golf cart was great. Pool was never crowded and the beach was gorgeous. First time in SanDestin but not our last!

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was nice, the beach view was beautiful. Our only complaint was the beach setup. It was very expensive, but we paid it to have the beach view, however, we were not aware that others could set up umbrellas, chairs , whatever right in front of you and they did , ever day !! If we had known this, we would have brought our own chairs and umbrellas and saved ourselves a lot of money . So, if you stay here, just bring your own stuff and set up wherever you want.

Great location

Loved this property, perfect location and had a great time exploring Baytowne area on the golf cart. Highly recommend dinner at Bijoux down the street. Can’t wait to see the new pool on my next visit.

I don't know how people are rating this anything more than mediocre. It's an older unit, and I can do older if it's clean! This place was not clean. There are stains on the inside furniture, and outdoor seating. Mold in the shower, and windows/doors. Dirty area rugs, sand in many places, old water leaking from previously used beach chairs, marks and chips on drywall, painting needing an update, etc...Owners should hire better cleaners and perform a deep clean every season. The only plus to this place, was that it was only steps from the beach and it came with a golf cart for easy access to the rest of the resort. I would not recommend this condo or rent it again, especially for 300 plus per night. I've included a few photos, and there were many more that I could've taken, but can only upload a certain amount for this review.
