Hickory Lane #20 offers visitors a spacious high desert getaway. Just beyond the Woodlands Golf Course, you can pick up groceries at the nearby Sunriver Marketplace and enjoy dining, shopping and outdoor recreation at the Village in Sunriver less than three miles away.

This home features exposed wood beams, northwest tribal textiles and hardwood accents, which make for a ski-lodge feel no matter the season. Stay cozy with two wood stoves and central AC. Stay connected with a landline as well as in-home WiFi. Firestick in television for streaming! Take advantage of the area's 300 days of sunshine with a fantastic patio, which boasts umbrellas, bistro tables and a view of the forest canopy. Enjoy meals cooked on the gas grill and soak your bones in the private hot tub. 8 Unlimited SHARC passes!
Bedrooms include charming, quilted linens, media entertainment and great natural lighting. The home includes two master suites, each with a king size bed. The third room has a queen size bed and the fourth room downstairs includes two twin beds.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. The back deck is fully enclosed with railings so our dogs could go out back with us. We enjoyed having lots of bikes for bike rides.

Comfortable home

Two families with kids between 6 and 15 had a great time. We especially loved the fully stocked kitchen!

Even better than the photos!

The rooms were large and accommodating! The living room was fantastic for hosting my family for Christmas this year and I would book this home again next year!

Family weekend in the snow

Such a fun weekend. The house was nice and clean, hot tub was amazing! We would definitely rent this place again.

Great Autumn Vacation

Had a great time at Hickory Lane 20. Shared house with friends. Plenty of room, clean, had all the necessities and very quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Great place

Nice big house, well stocked kitchen. The home was clean. Good for multiple families, with two master bedrooms. Close to the village and close to the grocery store.

Relaxing Stay

We had a nice time on our short vacation in Sunriver. The house met all our needs. The only thing is the description made it sound like only one bedroom was down stairs. My elderly mom had a hard time with the stairs, but overall is was a nice place.

We had a great family time together. The home worked perfectly for everyone.

With two master suits, a queen room and a fourth bedroom with twins, it was perfect. We did have a little trouble with the tv.

Amazing!

Had a great time! Was so happy to find an infant bike trailer. My son had a blast riding with the rest of the family! We enjoyed the puzzles. We put a few of them together. Overall, great experience here amd we can't wait to return to this property. Thank you❤

Family Summer Gathering

The house is comfortable and ideally located. Well equipped and met our needs, but could use some updating and a deep spring cleaning/carpets. The house has clealry been much used and enjoyed and was ideal for a family like ours with a toddler and dogs. We appreciated the bikes and games and hot tub; loved the SHARC passes and the value they added. Loved the deck. We had a great summer stay .

Lovely Stay in Sunriver

This house was awesome. It was big and spacious with big rooms and comfy beds. The house was clean when we arrived and well stocked. There was a keurig coffee maker which was a plus. The hot tub was clean and in great condition. My only complaint is the dryer-it took 3-4 cycles to dry clothes- a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again. The communication with Sunset Lodging was great as well.

Great Family House

We really liked two kings with their own bathrooms, the large deck off the kitchen, and the new carpet. This property is very well stocked for several people. The only negatives we had was the deck off the kitchen could use a good cleaning and a full set of measuring cups would be nice. They only had two. Overall we would highly recommend this property.

Family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, on a quiet cul-de-sac, easy walk to park. Bathroom located with the bedroom on the main floor is a hazard. While it looks to be a great soaking tub there should be grab bars, not easy to get in and out for just a shower. The dryer takes two full cycles to dry even a small load. Overall it's a good rental and we enjoyed our week. Deck area is nice. BBQ works fine.

Comfortable Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hickory 20 was a great location and provided our family with plenty of room. We enjoyed the deck, the outdoor furniture and the AC. Overall, the appliances seemed tired and didn't function at 100%. The dishwasher was clogged and leaked (we found a straw inside from a previous stay), and the dryer was inefficient. We really appreciated that Sunset quickly sent out a technician to work with the AC! Overall, once we resolved the difficulties we were very comfortable and enjoyed our week.
